Pokemon Breeder Master Breed Your Perfect Pokemon! Written for Pokemon X/Y.In my pursuit to create shiny Pokemon, I discovered that just because you have a shiny Pokemon it doesn't make them any stronger or any less. However, there are plenty of us who like the certain looks of those more rare shiny critters. Wouldn't it be nice to make any Pokemon you want to be in its prime condition, shiny or not? And not just with the right Nature, but also have tip-top shape stats, Hidden Abilities, or Egg Moves? Then welcome to PKMN Breeder Master! Where there is such thing as a Perfect Pokemon! And I'll teach you all I know to breed one yourself! Let's talk about Action Replay for just a moment. AR was a great device in terms of filling your Pokedex back in games like Diamond/Pearl/Platinum and Heart Gold/Soul Silver for just examples, but catching Pokemon you merely programmed brings an important rule of thumb to mind. Pokemon Red, Blue and Yellow gave you this bit of info right from the start: The more you fight your Pokemon, the stronger they will become.
Don't take it too literally and think your AR Pokemon you caught at lvl100 will be the all-powerful fighter just because you destroyed the Elite Four and Champion 15+ times. Nope. What 'The more you fight your Pokemon, the stronger they will become.' really was hinting at was the more you LEVEL your Pokemon, the higher ALL of its stats will raise. THIS IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW! Note that not all stats your Pokemon actually need. Your Aggron, for example, will have absolutely NO NEED for Special Attack(Sp.Attk.) moves of any sort, as its base Sp.Attk is 60 at lvl50 while its base Attack stat is 110 at lvl50. To simply start your Aron at lvl1 after hatching and raise it to lvl50+ will still leave your Pokemon at a disadvantage because the automatic stats it gains when leveling(Effort Values or EVs) will put points in stats you just don't utilize. But luckily there is SUPER TRAINING in Pokemon X/Y games that can help! Bulbapedia - Super Training^Even Pokemon workout to get perfect fitness! After hatching that Aron with the best Nature, 5IVs, Hidden Ability and Egg Moves... Guess what? Take little Aron over to Super Training. Let your Pokemon smack punching bags of its best fighting stat that it will have at its final evolution - so pretend it's an Aggron with best stat Attack - and raise it until you can't anymore. After that, choose its second best stat like Defense, or if you want to make its Speed better or improve its weaker stat of Sp.Def to protect it better against opposing Pokemon then do so. Ultimately your decision on the other stat, but keep in mind what its Nature will do in terms of improving it as well to not waste your Super Training points. IF YOU MAKE A MISTAKE... Do not panic. You can use a Reset Punching bag anytime to reset your Pokemon's stats. And good news! You can Reset any Pokemon's stats you have, even those at lvl100. You can always go back to tweak things to your liking! I bet you are wondering where I got all those stats info. Or how I know exactly what Aggron will need. Smogon University^ Detailed Strategy PokedexSmogon is amazing. All Pokemon listed through Pokemon Black/White games. And not just listed, but detailed with stats, moves, abilities, natures and items best for each Pokemon. This is a site dedicated to competitive Pokemon battling! And it's been a MAJOR help to my research for building the perfect Pokemon for fights. :3 Far as for Kalos region Pokemon in X/Y, feel free to do as I did and search for answers among others - you'll be surprised how much people have considered the moves of their Pokemon. As much help as Smogon is... There is always the question of what exactly Natures all mean. You will always want the best Nature possible for your Pokemon. Alongside using Smogon to look at stats and suggestions, you can look here also to see a list of Natures that will help you learn about your Pokemon - since the Kalos region hasn't been updated yet, you'll quickly learn which Nature your new friends will need with enough practice with this chart. Bulbapedia - Nature List^ Chart for all 25 Pokemon NaturesNext let's talk about Individual Values. Those wonderful IVs! :3 Individual Values, or IVs function like a Pokémon's "Genes". They are the traits which are passed down from one generation to the next. Every stat has an IV ranging from 0 to 31 for each stat (HP, ATK, DEF, SPA, SPD, and SPE), and at level 100, their IVs are added to the Pokémon's stats for their total values. For example, a level 100 Tyranitar with no Effort Values and 0 IVs has 310 HP, however if it had 31 IVs, it would have 341 HP. These stats are provided randomly for every Pokémon, caught or bred, and although as insignificant as 31 points may seem, they are required for Ace Trainers to obtain when breeding Pokémon with perfect natures/stats. On some occasions they are even the tipping point in a close matchup. For example, if there was a Terrakion with 0 Attack IV, it will have an attack of 358 at level 100 (with an attack improving nature), while a Terrakion with perfect Attack IVs would have 392 Attack. This small difference can mean the difference between a one-hit kill (not an OHKO) and survival with 1 HP. UNLIKE EFFORT VALUES... IVs cannot be changed or reset on the Pokemon once it is encountered or bred. Now how do you breed a Pokemon with 5IVs or Perfect 6IVs? I found a very straightforward, easy to understand guide here. Pokemon X/Y make it easy to get that perfect IV Pokemon you want in the egg! :3 Hero Nuggets - IV Breeding Guide for Pokemon X/Y! ^Breeding Perfect Pokemon Just got Easier!I found that to be a wonderful clean-cut guide to the breeding process. So many other sites made it seem very complicated. It's still a lot of information, but at least it's not mind-exploding. XD Grab as many Ditto as you can! And don't forget those held-items! Extremely helpful. :3 There is also Egg Moves that make your Pokemon perfect. Egg Moves are moves your Pokemon can get only through the process of breeding. Would you like a Charizard with Dragon Pulse? Of course you do! :3 Here's how! Bulbapedia - Egg Moves^Breeding EMs into your Perfect Pokemon!Egg Moves are wonderful if they align with your Pokemon's stats and best IVs! So that Charizard with the Sp.Attk out the roof will surely love knowing Dragon Pulse rather than Outrage! And Hidden Abilities are also very handy! Not always the best fit for some Pokemon. But if it helps them competitively... DO IT! Here's a short version to understand. HOW TO HIDDEN ABILITY BREED:1. Get a FEMALE with desired HA ability. 2. Get a ditto with desired nature 3. Give ditto ever-stone 4. Breed 5. You have a 80% chance to pass on HA if its a female. Only 20% if male. So to put this in better terms... If you have to breed without a Ditto... A Male that knows all the Egg Moves you want and a Female with the right Hidden Ability you want, you'll hatch an offspring with all the correct moves and HA. If you do this along with the IVs process... You'll start breeding with perfection! BUT... What about SHINY POKEMON?!
Bulbapedia - Masuda Method ^The Breeder's Way to Hatching Shiny Pokemon!
Bulbapedia - Shiny Charm ^National Pokedex Complete reward that increases shiny encounter chance rate!
Bulbapedia - Oval Charm ^Regional Pokedex Complete reward that increases egg chance!
- Masuda Method - Shiny Charm - Oval Charm Using the Masuda Method in Pokemon X/Y just got easier! With people able to connect to the internet and trade with others by either direct trade or the GTS, getting Pokemon from another country to utilize the Masuda Method is the BEST way to encounter shiny Pokemon! Also receiving the Shiny Charm and Oval Charm rewards make the chances even better, with shiny encounter rate increased that stacks on Masuda Method and having the eggs produced faster! To help even further, get yourself a Talonflame that knows Fly and the ability Flame Body. Fly is great for travel and Flame Body reduces the hatching time on your eggs. And in X/Y, use the O-Power for Hatching and it really takes no time at all to grab a batch of eggs to take to Kiloude City for examination by the IV checker this way! :3 This is a lot to absorb, but it's how I became a Pokemon Master Breeder! And now you can, too! ^^

I think that's a mental disorder known as Dittoxiety Dittoxiety: A growing concern that a Ditto, Thing or other form of alien/animal species is replacing your loved ones. Named after the pokemon Ditto.
Electro-shock therapy works wonders, take a taser and shock your friends/loved ones if they turn into a ditto you can safely shoot them in the face.
BACK ON SUBJECT though I wanted to add to FM5 that I always heard that the stats to Pokemon in the game are randomly assigned and that take two Bulbasaurs for instance. Seeing as the stats are random, two Bulbasaurs in the game can be caught in the same region, raised to the same level and given the same moves and it's still possibly for one to be weaker then the other.
Personally I'd say this is what I love about the Pokemon games, there's this hidden maths just waiting for people to find so it gets a reputation for being easy but still that's what makes it great. It does have a complex nature to the game but you have to be willing to try and find it.

Well. I'm actually going to be serious for a change because this is really complex but really interesting.
I would really like that Shiny Charm, but I'm nowhere near completing my National Dex and don't want to pay for Pokebank. And I've heard of the Masuda Method but it's all so confusing. I can imagine this is a numbers game, but I'm really not good at Maths.
My biggest problem is that I would like my 'ultimate team' to have my name for the OT. Is there any way you could possibly trade me the components instead of breeding them.
Although... Ah I dunno! I have a question, though. If you breed a shiny pokemon, what is the % that the egg will be shiny? Or is there no correlation? Because if you bred the six for me and traded them over to me, I could then breed the shinies I wanted.
Also, what would you recommend EV wise.
I was considering Aggron to be my tank - possibly Mega Aggron. I was considering Sceptile to be a Speedy Physical Attacker, Luxray was going to be a Speedy Special along with Charizard. Then I don't know about Nidoking and Feraligatr.
Also, what abilities would you recommend?

Timewarp is correct. There is stats that are automatically and randomly assigned by the game. This no one can really change. However, you can dramatically change your stats to benefit each unique Pokemon with IVs, EVs with Super Training and Nature. And then add on top the Ability(sometimes better Hidden Abilities) and Egg Moves that help improve your fights.
It can be a lot of information. A lot of it is math. And none of this actually helps you 'win' the game. But I just found it fun to play with competitively.
For someone who lost many fights to begin with, went up against other Pokemon just like mine but had better stats, etc, I just wanted to see if I could change my odds. And I did against my same opponents.
Just figuring out some things others hadn't was kinda cool. Not important. But I aim to impress myself in any way I can. :3
Anyway...
The Shiny Charm is by no means necessary to hatch shiny Pokemon. All that does is increases likelihood. But you could hatch a shiny with the Masuda Method in 5 eggs by chance, where I could hatch 500 eggs and finally get one. Luck. That's all shiny is. And that's why it's considered rare. It's not going to make it stronger, it's just cool to find. ^^
Also, breeding WITH a shiny Pokemon DOES NOT increase your % rate of hatching another shiny. Doesn't work that way. Would be cool if it did, but it doesn't unfortunately.
Oh, and the Masuda Method. Don't think too hard on the math of it. Just know this: The Masuda Method is just by having two Pokemon of different countries(like maybe my Charizard from the United States bred to maybe your Charizard in the United Kingdom for example) to dramatically raise the chances of the egg hatching into a shiny.
The Masuda Method is the best way in my opinion. It was far easier for me to do it this way than try my luck in the wild or by the PokeRadar. And with trading or the GTS, I easily found many Pokemon from different countries to use in breeding with my US critters. :3
Now as Timewarp said, the stats involved will depend on each Pokemon you want. I'll have to make you a detailed list, Amy, on each Pokemon in your ultimate team with: - IVs - EVs - Abilities - Nature - Recommended Items - Recommended Movesets
And then you can get a feel for what they might look like on-screen. :3

I'll use spoiler tabs to keep it organized. Profiles just look better that way! XD Profiles below written for Pokemon X Version.
Amy's Ultimate Team Detailed Pokemon Profiles
**This build is for Mega X Charizard to swap in**Name: Charizard - Chaosblast ( Shiny <- Click Me To View!) Gender: Male Type: Fire/Flying Ability: Blaze (Powers up Fire-type moves by 50% when at 1/3 HP or less) Mega Charizardite X Type: Fire/Dragon Mega X Ability: Tough Claws (Boosts the power of contact moves by 33%) Suggested Nature(s): Jolly (+Speed, -Sp.Attk)/ Adamant (+Attk, -Sp.Attk) Recommended 5IVs: Outstanding Potential in HP, Def, Attk, Sp.Def and Speed. Recommended EVs: Full points in Speed and Attack. Recommended Moveset(s) for Mega X Charizard:-Dragon Dance -Flare Blitz -Dragon Rush/Outrage/Dragon Claw -Roost/Earthquake/Brick Break ^Research Notes: Given that Amy may choose to use Mega Aggron more than Mega X Charizard, this presented a challenge for me that I had not yet encountered! And I found a wonderful solution to said problem! Left unaltered, Charizard has terrific potential in Sp.Attk. But his Attack power waned in comparison, and this bothered me about him if Amy decided not to use his Mega Stone. But if she did use it, I wanted her Charizard to have maximum strength and durability. I did a little digging! Seems Charizard has an array of wonderful Egg Moves to use! Including the all devastating Dragon Dance that original Pokemon users have come to fear from Dragonite! With or without the Mega Stone, Charizard can utilize Dragon Dance to up his pitiful Attk and gain additional Speed at the same time. This will make him a formidable threat, and I've NEVER seen a Charizard use Dragon Dance before so that will be a treat for your opponents! Flare Blitz is another Egg Move, a contact move, has 120 power with 100% accuracy and results in recoil damage. Recoil is never fun, but the damage you just can't ignore. Plus, there is no better Fire-type physical move worth having. Here comes the Dragon moves, and lots of choices to make here. Dragon Rush - Egg Move, contact move, 100 power, 75% accuracy, 20% chance of causing opponent to flinch, and runs no risk of recoil to yourself but may leave you open to attack if you miss. Outrage - Egg Move, contact move, 120 power, 100% accuracy, inflicts damage 2-3 turns in succession and after the user becomes confused. I worry on this one if you become confused because with stacks of Dragon Dance on yourself it is going to HURT. And if you do have the Mega Stone on, there is no held-item to cure your confusion. Dragon Claw: By TM or Lvl up, contact move, 80 power, 100% accuracy, no added risk of missing or harm to oneself. This is for the careful fighter, but could cost you damage on opponents. I'm sure you are wondering which I actually recommend? I would honestly go for the Dragon Rush myself. Interesting Egg Move, great power, has potential to miss but does not cause confusion or self-inflicted harm. PLUUUUUUUS... I thought of something to help Charizard in case you decided on either Dragon Rush or Outrage specifically. Roost - by TM once evolved, restores half the user's HP. After being hit while you are using Dragon Dance to boost stacks, or getting hit after you miss with a Dragon Rush, or hurting yourself during confusion... Use Roost! This will heal you so you can continue being a force to be reckoned with! And if you don't intend on using healing and just going to hit opponents head-on, I chose two other contact moves for full coverage against whatever switches in to hurt you. Earthquake - by TM once evolved, contact move, 100 power, 100% accuracy, hits all Pokemon in the field including allies. Brick Break - by TM once evolved, contact move, 75 power, 100% accuracy, removes Light Screen and Reflect effects even if the move misses or fails. Either of these two moves help in a variety of situations if you decide against Roost. Furthermore, I believe Mega Charizard X will later need to branch out and become the leader of his own team if Mega Aggron is used most in another. This Pokemon deserves a spotlight! Name: Feraligatr - FeraStrike ( Shiny) Gender: Male Type: Water Abilities: Torrent - Boosts power of Water-type moves by 50% when at 1/3 HP or less. Sheer Force (HA) - Increases power of moves with secondary effects by 30%, but removes the effects. Recommended Item: Life Orb - Boosts the power of moves by ~30% (5324/4096), but at the cost of 10% max HP each time the holder uses an attack. Life Orb does not damage the holder if the holder has Magic Guard, has Sheer Force and uses a move boosted by the Ability, or when the power is not boosted by the Life Orb. It does not boost the damage for fixed-damage attacks, self-inflicted confusion damage or recoil. In Generation IV, it does not cause damage to the holder when hitting a substitute. Suggested Nature(s): Jolly (+Speed, -Sp.Attk)/ Adamant (+Attk, -Sp.Attk) Recommended 5IVs: Outstanding Potential in HP, Def, Attk, Sp.Def and Speed. Recommended EVs: Full points in Speed and Attack. Recommended Moveset(s) for Feraligatr:- Swords Dance/Dragon Dance - Aqua Jet/Ice Punch - Waterfall - Return/Earthquake/Crunch ^Research Notes: Looking at Feraligatr here, his moves are literally cut right down the center depending on which starter move you decide to go with - that being Swords Dance or Dragon Dance - with only Waterfall as his base move between the two sets. He is a powerhouse for contact Attk moves! Swords Dance - By TM, Boosts Attk power by two stages. Dragon Dance - Egg Move, Boosts Attk and Speed stats in same turn by one stage each stat.
If you choose Swords Dance: Aqua Jet - Egg Move, contact move, 40 power, 100% accuracy, priority move that always moves first unless your opponent is faster and uses a priority move as well. Return - By TM, contact move, base power depends on the friendship of the user, 100% accuracy. Note that this is a very hard-hitting move with max friendship.
If you choose Dragon Dance: Ice Punch - Egg Move, contact move, 75 power, 100% accuracy, has a 10% chance of freezing the target. And you have the choice of either using Earthquake or Crunch as your last slot attack option. Earthquake - by TM once evolved, contact move, 100 power, 100% accuracy, hits all Pokemon in the field including allies. Crunch - Lvling up or Egg Move, contact move, 80 power, 100% accuracy, has 20% chance of lowering the opponent's Sp.Def by one stage.
And, of course, Waterfall will be your common denominator between the two movesets. Waterfall - by HM, contact move, 80 power, 100% accuracy, has a 20% chance to make your opponent flinch.
Either moveset is great, but it depends on if you want Feraligatr to be an offensive Pokemon or a deadly sweeper. He has the potential to startle your enemies with his powerful moves!
Name: Sceptile - Extreme Gender: Male Type - Grass Ability: Overgrow - Boosts power of Grass-type moves by 50% when at 1/3 HP or less. Recommended Item: Life Orb Suggested Nature(s): Timid (+Speed, -Attk) Recommended 5IVs: Outstanding Potential in HP, Def, Sp.Attk, Sp.Def and Speed. Recommended EVs: Full points in Speed and Sp.Attk. Recommended Moveset(s) for Sceptile: - Substitute - Giga Drain - Hidden Power Rock - Focus Blast/Dragon Pulse
^Research Notes: Sceptile is all about his mighty Sp.Attk and Speed. Why not take advantage of these?
Use Substitute to hide behind a wall. It will take half your HP, but you will not be attackable from the other side. If you are holding a Life Orb, you will take additional damage while upping up your moves dramatically. Use Giga Drain to attack with your high Sp.Attk AND regain the health you lost/are losing. This will usually frustrate your enemies into switching out. Now you can show them your great coverage moves! Hidden Power Rock is amazing for a Sp.Attk Rock-type move. Your Fire-type opponents will regret trying to attack you! Last, either having a Focus Blast for a strong Fighting-type Sp.Attk or Dragon Pulse for a strong Dragon-type Sp.Attk will add the element of surprise to newly switching in Pokemon. This makes for one scary Sceptile!
Substitute - By TM, uses up half the user's HP to create a dummy to hide behind. Giga Drain - By Lvling or TM, special move, 75 power, 100% accuracy, 1/2 the damage it causes will be rewarded as HP to the user. Hidden Power Rock - By TM, power varies, can only check which hidden power a Pokemon has in Anistar city in Pokemon X/Y. I recommend one of the moves below if too difficult to obtain. Focus Blast - By TM, special move, 120 power, 70% accuracy, has a 10% chance of lowering the opponent's Sp.Def. Dragon Pulse - By TM, special move, 85 power, 100% accuracy.
If you want to go for a more direct attack with his powerful Grass Sp.Attk, go with Leaf Storm instead of Giga Drain. And the Substitute you could replace with another move listed, or choose Toxic to give a switching in Pokemon a little gift before you switch Sceptile out! Happy battling! :3
Name: Luxray - Electro Gender: Male Type: Electric Ability: Guts (HA) - Attack is increased by 50% when afflicted with status. Recommended Item: Flame Orb - damages the user a little, but no risk of sleep/paralysis/poison. Suggested Nature(s): Jolly (+Speed, -Sp.Attk) Recommended 5IVs: Outstanding Potential in HP, Def, Attk, Sp.Def and Speed. Recommended EVs: Full points in Speed and Attk. Recommended Moveset(s) for Luxray: - Wild Charge - Superpower - Facade - Crunch
^Research Notes: Luxray has a great Base Attack stat and decent speed. Though the Flame Orb looks a little scary here, bear with me. I got this info directly from Smogon, and it had a great explanation to go along with it. Check it out!
This is Luxray's best set. Using its great coverage and base 120 Attack, Luxray can put massive holes in opposing teams. Luxray stands out among other status abusers, such as Zangoose and Swellow, due to its decent bulk and great coverage. Luxray also sports a higher Attack stat than both of these Pokemon and is also able to break through Alomomola. This allows Luxray to serve as an excellent mid-game attacker, hitting the opposing team hard and giving its teammates opportunities to sweep through the remaining Pokemon. Wild Charge is Luxray's STAB move of choice and, while the recoil does not pair up well with the burn damage, it hits fairly hard after a Guts boost. Superpower provides more coverage, maiming Pokemon like Regirock and Golem that would otherwise take little to no damage from Wild Charge. Facade benefits from Guts and hits Grass-types such as Tangela for decent damage. Finally, Crunch is chosen as a final coverage move to pummel incoming Exeggutor and Golurk, both of which don't mind Wild Charge.
I couldn't have said it better myself! Here's the moves and their details more closely.
Wild Charge - By Lvling up or TM, contact move, 90 power, 100% accuracy, user receives recoil. Superpower - By Move Tutor only, contact move, 120 power, 100% accuracy, lowers the user's Attk and Def. stat each by one stage after use. Facade - By TM, contact move, 70 power, 100% accuracy, its base power doubles to 140 if the user is burned, paralyzed or poisoned. Crunch - By Lvling up, contact move, 80 power, 100% accuracy, has 20% chance of lowering the opponent's Sp.Def by one stage.
Looks like even if you have to use Superpower and have your Attk lowered a little, you can always come charging in with Facade to save the day! That 140 Attk in a move is nothing to sneeze at!
Name: Nidoking - Spearmint ( Shiny) Gender: Male Type - Poison/Ground Ability: Sheer Force (HA) - Increases power of moves with secondary effects by 30%, but removes the effects. Suggested Nature(s): Modest (+Sp.Attk, -Attk) Recommended 5IVs: Outstanding Potential in HP, Def, Sp.Attk, Sp.Def and Speed. Recommended EVs: Full points in Sp.Attk and Speed. Recommended Moveset(s) for Nidoking:- Sludge Wave - Earth Power - Ice Beam/Focus Blast - Fireblast/Thunderbolt ^Research Notes:Generally Nidoking is seen as a heavy hitter with his commendable Base Attk power back in Pokemon Red/Blue/Yellow versions. However, he also carries great potential in Sp.Attk that outweighs his Attk if you consider the later generations and all the new awesome moves added to his movepool. New moves on top of Sheer Force and a Life Orb has made Nidoking, well, the king! Sludge Wave is his best Poison-type STAB move, and it comes with a great range to hits all opponents in the area - he would make best friends with your ally in a 2Vs2 Team if his ally has, say, maybe Poison Heal like Gliscor? :3 Earth Power is his best Ground-type STAB move. Makes him seem like a legendary Pokemon everytime he uses it! This move is unlike Earthquake, as it is a perfect Sp.Attk move for his great stats! Now comes some choices for ultimate Sp.Attk moves concerning coverage. Ice Beam has been seen for Nidoking back in Pokemon Red/Blue/Yellow - it's old, but gold! This really helps Nidoking overcome other threats like Dragon-types or Flying-types that have wings to make his Earth Power useless against them. Or you can swap it for Focus Blast, getting Nidoking past the ever-annoying Umbreon, Snorlax, and Porygon(s) for ex. that would otherwise wall him. For the last slot there is also Fire Blast(or Flamethrower if you need more accuracy, yeah?) to take out scary Steel-types like Lucario, Bronzong, or maybe even the dual-type pesky Mega Bug Scizor! But there is always a handy Thunderbolt as an option as well - goodbye Water-types! You know what's nice? There is four moves that honestly could be shuffled and swapped around. Whatever you choose, you'll be a surprise with Nidoking! Here's the move details! Sludge Wave - By TM, special move, 95 power, 100% accuracy, has a 10% chance to poison opponent(s), hits all Pokemon even in Double/Triple battles. Earth Power - By Lvling up or Move Tutor, special move, 90 power, 100% accuracy, has a 10% chance to lower target's Sp.Def by one stage. Ice Beam - By TM, special move, 90 power, 100% accuracy, has a 10% chance of freezing the target. Focus Blast - By TM, special move, 120 power, 70% accuracy, has 10% chance to lower target's Sp.Def. Fire Blast - By TM, special move, 110 power, 85% accuracy, has 30% chance to leave target burned. Thunderbolt - By TM, special move, 90 power, 100% accuracy, has 10% chance to leave your opponent paralyzed. Along with all that power, Nidoking can potentially leave opposing Pokemon with all the status effects except for sleep. That's not too shabby! And except for Earth Power... He learns everything else by TM! This makes for one easy perfect Pokemon to get! :3 Name: Aggron - Ironide ( Shiny) Gender: Male Type: Steel/Rock Recommended Item: Aggronite - Mega Aggron; Removes Aggron's Rock-type to become pure Steel. Aggronite Ability: Filter - Reduces all super-effective damage done to it by 25%. Suggested Nature(s): Careful (+Sp.Def, -Sp.Attk) Recommended 5IVs: Outstanding Potential in HP, Attk, Def, Sp.Def and Speed. Recommended EVs: Full points in Attk and Sp.Def. Recommended Moveset(s) for Mega Aggron: - Thunder Wave/Toxic - Iron Head - Earthquake - Stone Edge ^Research Notes:I had my doubts about Mega Aggron over Mega X Charizard at first. But I must admit, after going through the list of profiles on each Pokemon in your ultimate team, it now looks like Aggron really and truly can only shine as Mega Aggron. I suggest immediately... If you are going to have a Mega in this particular team, it NEEDS to be Mega Aggron. Mega Charizard can sit in your back pocket or take stage elsewhere on a different team! I'll explain why with what I found in my research! Aggron, the Iron Armor Pokemon^Using Aggron Competitivelyin Pokemon X/YThat specific link above is where I got the listed moveset. However, there is another listed if you decide to go with that one. It appears that Mega Aggron should be the tank of your ultimate team. Luckily, he is equipped with great Pokemon teammates now - like Nidoking and Sceptile for ex. that will help him overcome the Pokemon that switch in to give him trouble with their potential to use Fire/Ice or even Fighting moves. And becoming a pure Steel-type as Mega Aggron will most definitely help not taking a double weakness to his once dual-type with Rock. On what I've gathered above for that move list, I'll give you the specifics. Thunder Wave - By TM, status move, paralyzes the target - except Ground-types. Toxic - By TM, status move, poisons the target to cause HP loss every turn. Iron Head - By Lvling up or Egg Move, contact move, 80 power, 100% accuracy, has a 30% chance to cause target to flinch. Earthquake - By TM, contact move, 100 power, 100% accuracy, hits all Pokemon in the field including allies. Stone Edge - By TM, contact move, 100 power, 80% accuracy, has an increased critical hit ratio. That's one beast of a Pokemon! Status moves to ground your opponents, then sheer powerful moves to take them out or get a good lick on those swapping in! Pluuuuuuus that impressive Def. and Sp.Def to withstand most moves weak against or normal damage. Mega Aggron only has to fear his major opposing super-effective moves. But with the right team, you will DOMINATE the match with this guy! :3 **Complete**

I apologize for all the technical stuff. ^^' It's only there if you are wondering about my recommendations. That way, if you question anything or thought of something else, you'd have all the facts presented to you already. Oddly enough, Pokemon has a LOT of stuff in it. Stuff even I was amazed and overwhelmed by only last year ago when I got my Pokemon Y. XD And just like anything else, the same cooke-cutter design won't work for them all. In fact, your Charizard is WAY different in comparison to mine. Since mine uses a Mega Y stone and all, it has to be different right down to the stats. I'll admit, your Charizard has to be the most complicated one out of the bunch. :3 And I finished Feraligatr. I'm curious to see what the others will need. I'd assume I must be a PokeManiac trainer by now. XD Haha!

I've shown you my 'ultimate team' so far. However, i'd be interested in seeing your take on them.
Hydreigon - Panzer Bisharp(Shiny) - Myriel Tyranitar(Shiny or not) - Tzar - Possibly Mega Greninja(Male, Shiny) - Kirito (Deffo thinking Protean on this guy) Zoroark(Female, Shiny or not) - Sinali
My sixth is a choice between Houndoom - Baskerville - Not mega (Its ability sucks to my mind unless teamed up with a sun bringer like groudon) - Flashfire Shiftry - Naruto Crawdaunt - Cancer Absol - Chill (Possibly mega due to magic bounce, but super luck for increased critical is cool)
