How are you supposed to prevent brain damage, long enough to learn anything?

yeah but you knwo parkour is the french word for it the english is free running. isnt free running diffrent? i thourt free running involved more flips and stunts. anyway, to day i went out and did some round my town (im getting better) but i went to this one place behind a water feacher, climed onto this ledge fine, but my friend who was with me chouldn't do it. and to make things worse the security guys came along and i had to explain what parkour was (luckley they understood.) So we got out scot free, phew. -note fore future avoid privet propaty- -_- (but scince wen is a water thats on a PUBLIC foot path privet propaty)

Well simple thing is to tell you that ZeelaMagic does that with my brother and a friend, they go along and jump down from rooftops and push themselves off the wall to reach another roof, she doesn't get tired anymore, and she no longer hurts herself when doing it.

Aww... Be careful, if you go to fast you can hurt yourself real bad, if you go to slow your more likely to slip, I guess its accuracy... (You probably already guessed that)
