I sorta made my friend look like an amateur yesterday though by jumping over a fence without using any hands (which the others didn't think I could do)

heres a little "how to" thing i have come up with. landinglanding can be dificult to pick up, an to teach, but ile do my best. when you land dont stomp your feet on the ground and let them take the force (this will leed to brused heels and pulled tendants,) let your legs take the force. You might find that the stronger the force the more you naturaly go fourd in to a roll (ile talk about that later)... do, do not resist the energy. Land on your toes not your heel, you will bruse them. rollingThe roll is desinged to take away engergy from a big fall, this stops bones from breaking, so its very important. first put your hands to the left, tuck your head to your left and roll over your right sholer. This is all one fluid quick moton, it might take a while to get used to. climpingthis should come natoraly, but ile walk you through it. first grap the ledge you want do climb, then lift your self up so you can get your entire fore arm on, then lift so you can get your chest above the ledge, (this takes upper body strenth.) not get one leg over and carry on from there. fearthe only enamys to free funners are gravaty, and fear. this a cant teach you how to get over. My way of life is "it wont harm to try" and "oh ****" which meens i do pritty much anything withing my limits, so just say that to your self. know your limitsthis is important. if your rely dont think you can do it, DONT. being big headed can cause injury. must havesthease are some items i advise you have: - shock absorbing insoles/shoes
- a mobile phone (in the chance of an emergansy)
- a friend
i find i have a lot more confedence if im with someone (it just makes you feel safe with some one there)
