how to draw manga

im not a profetitional, but i know some basic and intermediat stuff,
so here we go.

drawing faces

first draw a circle
like so


then draw a cross on it:


then draw the lines from the across line to the bottem line, like so (sorry i cant rdo it on a computer espetialt on ms paint):


then draw the eye line (the second one,) and the nose line:

Ooooo, lessons. ^_^ It's cool to see that i'm not the only one who's had this idea. Isn't it fun to teach people? And it's a challenge - for you and them. It's fun though.

another way of drawing a face is like so:



draw an x shape with the lines slightly cerved


then graw the chin, starting at the end of the horizontal line going to the bottme of the vertical line, the larger the horizintal line the fatter the face will be and the vertigal line.




then draw the rest of the head and add the hair, then draw the eye and nose line





then add the finer deatials:

eyes:

there are meny difrent typed of drawing eyes, and they are a major part of your carictor, and not hard to do, here are 2 examples:



the slopeing eye sugests a vunarable and shy pessonalaty
the cute/big eye sugests a "bubble head" and enagetic personalaty


now add the eyes, nose and mouth to the drawing,the x's meen a place which is going to be tataly balck




then ink it in, blacking in all the solid black parts you want. And finaly rub out the pencle lines
and your done:
