Have any of you lot had any weird dreams? A few days ago, I had one about walking on a wooden floor barefoot and I kept on getting splinters. Weird, I know.

Thats weird... But in my opinion not as weird as biting and eating your own teeth... Which felt as thought they were made out of some sort of sponge...

I once had a dream I was in a car and it drove off a cliff and into the safeway carpark and then a guy came up and asked if we were alright, cos' the car was turned upside down.
and another one where I was in a treehouse and some snakes with my cousins head were crawling up the tree and I hit them with a broom and shot lasers from my eyes

Dhuude! Those are cool dreams!
I had one years ago when I was in this brick conservatory with my friends and one was stuck in mud, so we had to get her out again and all of a sudden, we were in floating shells and we passed my mum, who was talking to a friend about picking me up from dancing.

O.o That's interesting...
I don't tend to dream weird dreams, mine are usually of the stories I am writing for the ones I am going to write... Such as Final Requiem was based off a dream I had... And most my dreams have spiritual names...

*X-files music* Really weird dreams... But pretty cool too! Well, one time, I had a dream dream that this zombie granny came up, and it was coming for me, so I pretended to be a zombie, in order to get rid of it. It wasn't fully taken, so I had to pretend to be a zombie whilst pushing it away and slapping it and stuff. ... Oh, and for some reason, the Empty Child from doctor Who has appeared in a couple of my dreams, though only through its perspective... Coming for me... And, then I wake up. I've actually had LOADS of weird dreams, but I... Can't really remember any of them.

You all have really weird dreams. XD
Well, of course, I do too. Otherwise I wouldn't be on this thread, right? ;] You guys definitely have weird dreams, I have something people like to call preminitions. No, I'm not a psychic, no I can't do this at will. XD However, these visions do come at certain times--and lately, they've been revealing themselves a lot.
When you dream something, it doesn't happen. When you have a vision, you dream it, and then somehow, it plays out EXACTLY the same way in real life. I've had these for awhile, but never really understood WHY I have them. Perhaps I'll know someday. For now, I have to do my best and be on guard for them. I really worried...that someone I love may get hurt and I don't see the signs before it plays out... :[
One time when I was 12, my Aunt Tina and her kids were coming down from Tennessee to visit. It was late at night, and Tina called my mom to tell her she would just go stay with my grandma Mimi for the night. Well, that night, I dreamed they came to our house instead and was knocking on the door. Guess what woke me up? A KNOCK ON THE DOOR! @_@ Yep, I was right, it was them! SF7 wondered who was there and I told her before anyone else knew it was them.
Now, THAT'S weird, huh? @_@ I've had several other visions, but they all involve me and someone else at least. I can't control them, I don't even know why I have them. They are all in real life situations--but not everyday events that occur. In these strange dreams, I or someone else is saying something about the situation, but it's not discussions you normally talk about...
It's like my own gift, but I don't know what it's for...

Haunter told me this one dream that he had where he dreamed that I died, but I was the actual person to wake him up! I think he yelped when he saw me waking him up...

Dreams like that occur quite often to people who are in touch with their spiritual side. I have them, but they're always nightmares, and I'd prefer not to talk about those ones..(My nightmares)
It depends whether you think you have a sixth sense. You can dream that you were falling, then wake up and suddenly feel like you've landed, thats a mental and physical dream (apparently). Or as FM5 and Blaze have had, as my shrink told me, it's a mental desire, which you can see coming (yet not understand)
It probably makes no sense to you, it didn't to me, but that's how tons of people explain them

I get sick when I have the falling dreams, or sometimes when I am sleeping someone or something jumps out at me and I jump, and when I wake up it's because my whole body jumped in reality...

I've had a falling dream before - I was plummeting through a dark void, of pure emptiness, plummeting... It's... Kinda scary, looking back at it. I woke up in my bed, completely bewildered. It actually physically feels as if you've plummeted. My dreams rarely mean anything, they're just a swirl of my imagination and experiences. Though sometimes, they can be... Pretty frightening... My worst nightmares involve me trying to escape some being of darkness, but nothing I do can deter it or get rid of it. It's... Unpleasant.
