Yo! Everybody! Just ask what you want to learn how to make and I'll teach you it! Really simple. For example:

Lol. Get your words straight! Okay, the water one is what I'll teach right now. Water1. Reset your colors to its original by pressing D. 2. Go to Filter -> Render -> Clouds. 3. Hold Shift+F if you want to change the position of your clouds. 4. Go to Filter -> Distort -> Glass and press OK. 5. Next, go to Layer -> New -> Layer. Then go to Edit -> Fill, press OK and then go to the layer in black. 6. Go to Filter -> Render -> Lens Flare and set it at the top-left (for this tutorial). Choose 105 mm Prime, then press OK. Do this about two to three more times. 7. Put the Layer to Overlay at the little menu above the layers. Choose the thing that says Normal and select Overlay in the menu. 8. Next to the menu of Normal, which should now be Overlay is a menu that says Opacity Which says 100%. Put it to around 62%, that way you don't see the black to hard on the water area. Now you see why I said multiple times for the Lens Flare. 9. Go to Layer -> New Adjustment Layer -> Color Balance. Set the colors you want it to be (make it a nice blue for this one) and mix it in with the Shadows and Highlights as well. 10. Your water should look like a bird's eye view from above. Now press Shift+E to merge the layers together and go to Edit -> Transform -> Perspective. Choice of OptionsUnderwater1. Take the top-left/right corner box and spread it outwards (away from the middle). You'll have an underwater look! Surfaced1. Take the bottom-left/right corner box and spread it outwards (away from the middle). 2. If you're doing a surfaced view, take away the Lens Flare and black filled layer. It's not needed. Besides, the reflection has to be brighter on the top than underwater, no? Once done, you'll have a surfaced view! CONGRADULATIONS!! You made water on Adobe Photoshop!!Final Look:
