I could type the whole description again but instead I'll give a brief summary and post the link.
Basicly its sort of a cross between the plot and technology of Star Wars and any Mecha thing you want. You can essentially make up your own vehichles or you can grab them from other things like Star Wars, MechWarriors, Gundam, Warhammer 40k, etc. Basicly their is an evil sorta Empire pitted against a New Republic type federation. So the Star Wars part is kinda obvious. But then we throw in the Mechwarriors plot by having the Empire faction be on the Galaxy's edge like the Clans from MW an the federation being in the center of the Galaxy like the Inner Sphere. Also the empire type faction the whole better technology thing going for it but the federation faction is more organized and less likely to over extend themselves in wreckless attacks.
