I know I always act all jolly and happy but believe me when I say I'm probably the most depressed person on this site. The only difference between me and the other depressed people on this site is that my two phrases to live by are "Fight through the pain." and "If I stop laughin' I start cryin'" The reason for my depression is a bit complicated but to make a long story short let's just say I'm likely going to be homeless within a week or two. I've been living with my family but now my father is on the war path and wants me out now. He has spent the last 6 months trying to draw me into a fight. At points I have been extremely tempted to take a few swings at him but I've at least still got enough humanity to just turn the other cheek. So since he couldn't get me out on that he's now trying to get me out with my college grades. He wants at least B's in everything. Well last I checked I had a C in art. If you've taken a look at a few of my sketches it will be apparent Why I would be getting this. But the real irony is that my father LOATHES art. When I told him I was taking it he literally said it was a waste. But now it's suddenly all important. So now It looks like I'm likely going to be on the streets. This may mean that I'll have to share the plot outline I have for the DFD with someone and basicly give them a crap load of Concept drawings to go off of. But in the mean time let's just keep laughin'  cause otherwise we're just gonna cry  |

What?!?!  I know how important school is, but making rules that you must get a B at least in everything is ridiculous! Sometimes subjects are just rough, and that's how it is. Your father should be more understanding and supportive instead of being a complete jerk. What he's doing is wrong, Juggernaut, so you just strive on and do your best. That's all anyone can do. And if you do leave, remember, you're ALWAYS a friend to us--and I'll never forget the impact you've had on my own life. You've been a terrific friend since our meeting. I applaud that you restrain yourself from acting out back at your father, but... This just isn't right...  Parents can be so demanding, and so thoughtless. You have our best wishes, Juggernaut. I hope and pray that you'll stay with us. ^_^ *hugs tightly* |

If you're father's as mean as you make him out to be, you should report him. If he wants you to get b's in everything, or you're going to be thrown out, then clearly it's a police matter. It's not helping deciding your future, it's threatening you.

the may reason I won't be on is because When I get kicked out I'm not taking my laptop. This is most because someone would likely knife me for it but also because Where the heck am I going to plug it in.
No I'll go at this like I did with the explusion, the moving between high schools, losing friends all over the place, joining the Navy, leaving the Navy, and any other things I might have neglected. With a smile on my face and a knife behind my back. I'll still keep my happy facade but I'll always have my more survivalist side ready.
And I should be able to stay on if I can find a way to get to the local public library.
EDIT:
Assassin you would be perfectly spot on If I were 12 or 14. But I'm 18 so he's perfectly with his rights. Besides he hasn't actually hit me yet. Now if he did, well let's just say I'd likely be in a nice padded little room with a Hannible Lecter muzzle because while I will restrain myself from being the one to initiate a fight, I have no such restraint at returning fire.
Course I probably won't hit him back even then. I still don't know why. I dislike him in the extreme but I can't even get up the nerve to complain about the way he treats me. Maybe I'm a little too submissive?

Who said I'm letting it get to me fully. I didn't choose the name Juggernaut cause I'm big buff and unstoppable. I chose it because I'm emotionally a juggernaut. Not to mention I am soooooo very stubborn. And I tend to shrug off pain. Ok so I'm more of a mental juggernaut. Its rather hard to bring me down fully.

Well dude if I've laerned anything in my 15 years on this earth, its life can kick you in the nuts and then spit in your face. Life sucks but it happens. Life just happens. You gotta take the hit, then show the world who's boss. Argh

he can't do that, surely he can't do it otherwise my dad would be doing the same to my sis (he has some kind of deep hatred of her). it probely is a good idea to forget the laptop better to be on the safe side then risk getting killed for it, b's in everything is impossible even for pyrotails and he's incredable smart. though i hope for your sake that your dad sees sense in what he's doing

Just fight on, Juggernaut, fight on! Whatever happens, you'll always have us--whether you're here or not. What your father is doing is wrong, but that puts only him in the wrong. You're a great guy, you're tough, you can face this thing. Pain may hurt you inside, but don't let it bring you down. We all understand how you feel, even though we haven't been in the same situation. Life can be harsh, but it's the people around you that make it that way. Forget them, move on, and look to the good things ahead. We believe you can overcome this! ^_^ *hugs*

actually I've been talking things out with a few people and I may be able to get on some sort of mission to some other country. Now if that happens don't expect to hear from me for months at a time.
