This may seem random, but... While packing for my next move, I came across a recipe. And since I'm purging things I don't need, I decided to put the recipe up here so I can throw away the paper it was on. (Perhaps I should make these for, say, next Christmas? ^^) _ _ _ - Peanut Butter Cheesecake Truffles - What You'll Need:+1-8oz of Philly Cream-Cheese +1 regular size jar of Peanut Butter (Probably can substitute for Reduced Fat PB) +1 Bag of Melting Chocolate/Chocolate Bark +1/2 cup of Graham Cracker Crumbs +1/4 cup of Powdered Sugar +Parchment Paper Begin!:1). Take your Cream-Cheese, Powdered Sugar and PB(Peanut Butter) in your mixer and whip together until further incorporated.
). Once combined, use your hands to create little balls
). Roll each ball in the Graham Cracker Crumbs, then press them each into ball with your fingers. (**You don't want loose crumbs!)
). Place each ball onto Parchment Paper
). Freeze crumbly-cheese balls for 1-2hrs
). Place Melting Chocolate/Chocolate Bark in a bowl and microwave for 90secs. Stir, and if needed heat 15secs until it's smooth.
). Using a fork, dip crumbly-cheese balls into the melted chocolate. Then place back onto the Parchment Paper.
). Refrigerate until time to serve! :3 YUMMMY~!
