Nintendo's official magazine said that this was a fake, besides in no guides is there Toad and when you get Mr Game & Watch it says that you have all the characters. Honestly only an idiot would fall for this fake, after the shots of Toad next to the others are basically the image pasted on, which is taken from the picture of Toad in the background of the first adventure stage.
