question on nintendo wii

i'm really confused, with the nintendo wii i'm sure that everyone knows about the internet use of the wii but i have some questions on the wii that is really scaring me as i might not be able to use the internet

1) do you need an xp computer to go online?
2) does it cost anything touse the internet on the wii?
3) what do you need to play the wii wireless?
4) how much will the device to play the wii wireless cost?
5) how much money do you have to spend on points for virtual games?
6) will warioware: smooth moves be coming out near wii release?

1)As far as i know you just need a broadband filter
2)Free until march next year
3)the Wiimote and a connected wii
4)I think you mean the wiimote. The extra wiimotes cost £30 each and the numchuck costs £15 each. Or at least initially.
5)Depends on the game. Look on gamesradar's old news for details
6) I think it's a launch title.

4) i meant to connect to your computer like the ds needed a usb cable thing

Actually the DS only needs a router, which most computers should already have to connect to the internet with (you can get a great deal with AOL on that).
