The Marvel cinematic Universe is entering it's second phase now. So far they've had two Iron Man films, Captain America, Thor and an Avengers film. Next year Iron Man 3 and Thor: The Dark World comes out, the following year we'll have a sequel to Captain America as well as Guardians of The Galaxy, Ant-Man and a second Avengers movie.
So what is everyone looking forward to? I've heard that if the Spider-Man film does badly then Sony might be looking to cut a deal with Marvel. Daredevil belongs to Marvel again due to the studio that owned him not getting a movie out in time.
Also the second Captain America Plotline is somewhat ruined. It's called Captain America: The Winter Soldier (don't look up Winter Soldier if you plan on seeing this movie and your familiar with who or what the winter soldier is)
I'm just wondering though. Who wants to see Hawkeye get he's own film? I'd like to see a film dealing with how he's handling being controlled by Loki, maybe even a prequel set before the events of Thor to see how he became Hawkeye.

Are we not counting Spidey 1,2 and 3, all the XMen films, the two GR films and the first Punisher film?

Well when I say the Marvel Cinematic Universe I mean this In-world cinematic universe Marvel Studios has made with Captain America, Iron Man, Thor and The Hulk. Those films don't belong because their owned by other studios at the moment, Marvel don't have the right to make them into movies. If the people who own the copyright take too long to make the movies then they go back to Marvel.
For instance Daredevil had a movie coming out, they needed a movie by October of this year to keep the IP and since they haven't even pitched an idea for a Daredevil movie they don't have enough time. Sony Pictures own Spider-Man, 20th century fox own X-Men (this includes all mutant characters) and the fantastic four, Columbia Pictures owns Ghost Rider and Lionsgate owns The Punisher. Most of these guys are making movies just so they can keep the IPs although I'm not sure if there's a new Punisher film in the works.

Yeah The Punisher gets a bad rap but it might be good to see him becoming a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe given he's reputation for overkill, also because of that one part in Civil War where Captain America beats him up. Though I'd imagine The Punisher wouldn't be allowed in The Avengers simply because Captain America hates him don't get me wrong Brosef I don't hate the character just that it's hard for Frank Castle to join a team where the leader hates he's guts.

Sorry to double post but nobody has posted in a while and I wanted to post this here since it's a theory I've been coming up with. I saw The Winter Soldier and I think I've worked out how Marvel is going to handle the Avengers villain Ultron
POSSIBLY SPOILERS IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN THE FOLLOWING: IRON MAN 1,2 OR 3, CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE FIRST AVENGER, CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE WINTER SOLDIER, THE AVENGERS
So basically in the comics Ultron is an A.I created by Hank Pym who after finding trouble creating a robot that could think like a human used his own brain waves to create Ultron who wiped Hank's mind of the event so he could go into hiding, eventually attacking The Avengers.
I think the MCU version goes like this: Hank Pym is an old family friend of the Stark family, after a while of working for Shield Howard begun to suspect something was up and launched an investigation to find out, Obadiah was recruited into Hydra to keep Howard from finding out the truth so basically reported back that Howard was getting too close to the truth.
Howard begun to worry that someone might bump him off had Hank Pym create an A.I to help keep his son Tony safe should the worst happen, Ultron was the test run and Hank used his own brainwaves to do so after which Ultron knocked Hank out and erased the memory of the event except Ultron just being an A.I couldn't destroy the evidence meaning Hank knew the test was a success (but couldn't remember how he knew this) and created Jarvis. Jarvis is designed to protect Tony whilst acting as a guardian basically a robot that understands human emotions as it has human emotions explaining why Jarvis seems to actually care on an emotional level for the well being of his owner.
Ultron uses his knowledge of Shield to trick both Shield and Hydra into thinking his on their side and creates a method of hacking into both organisations so while Hydra believe they've infiltrated Shield, Ultron has duped both of them into taking each other out. At some point Samual Sterns creates the identity of "The Clairvoyant" to get back at Shield for the way they treated him, Ultron finds him and explains how a team-up helps both of them, Sterns appears to be able to know everything even things beyond his reach, has access to Shield and is able to screw with Agent Coulson.
I think Ultron will turn on Hydra in Age of Ultron leading them to send a brainwashed Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver to destroy Ultron and The Avengers will be caught in the crossfire helping to break Hydra's hold over the twins. Coulson and his team work from behind the scenes to take down Ultron's ally helping to defeat the rogue A.I also I think however it goes down we should expect Hulk and Hawkeye to have a bigger role. Since Clint was put under the same spell Hydra is going to put the twins under I think he's going to connect to Pietro and Wanda explaining that he knows what they've been through and while it doesn't get through to Pietro this is the beginning of a relationship between Clint and Wanda.

It's amazing how much I got wrong about Age of Ultron. It still annoys me to this day that the Agent of SHIELD stuff amounted to Coulson giving Nick Fury a helicarrier then him and Edward James Olmos arguing about how bad Ultron was before the bad guy of the week turned Olmos into a statue so he could stop costing too much money.
Honestly the best thing about Kevin Feige being in charge of Marvel TV is now the MCU can stop pretending the TV side of things doesn't exist. WandaVision seems to show that the MCU is moving towards a less complex version of Avengers disassembled,
The MCU is getting bigger and it's gonna be great. We've got Hawkeye, Loki, WandaVision, Falcon and the Winter Soldier, What If, Ms Marvel, She-Hulk, Moon Knight, the Defenders might be returning to the MCU and that's on top of Black Widow, Doctor Strange 2, Eternals, Spider-Man 2, Venom 2. Deadpool 3 has found it's writers and there's even talk of a Ghost Rider show now. We are getting so much Marvel soon and that's before we even start talking about the Fantastic Four and X-Men content we'll get once that's sorted with.
I just hope the MCU doesn't become as complicated as the comics but wow it's a lot to be excited for.

Gonna be a lot to catch up with, golly X3 Still, long as the writing continues to be solid, more Marvel is no bad thing.

Yeah and we're getting a lot more Marvel soon. Loki, Falcon and the Winter Soldier, WandaVision, What if...?, Moon Knight, Ms Marvel, She-Hulk, Armor Wars, Secret Invasion, Ironheart, Hawkeye and I am Groot and that's just the shows.
Next year alone we're getting Black Widow, Shang-Chi, Eternals and Spider-Man 3.
