I didn't. I actually just googled Liquid Sonic awhile ago and someone had made a hack of it already xD.

A combination of Chaos and Sonic would form a Water Entity I juggled with Water or Rain but the name didnt seem to flow very well.
Also cause liquid is a very flexiable in the abilities he can have from forming Giant objects to assimilating attacks from others
