Now don't worry I didn't actually get mugged, but I would of if I had anything worth mugging on me. A tall thin guy about 16 to 17, wearing a dark blue hoody and balaclarva came up to me yesterday early in the morning about 7:20 while I was on my paper round. He asked me if I had a mobile phone and I told him no and empited my pockets, showing that I didn't have one. He then kept asking me if I had an mp3 or money. When he found I didn't have anything, he cycled off. I was questioned by the police about it today as well

NM, Haunter, I suggest you BOTH be careful then. Believe me, people are greedy for objects to the point of insanity. There is crazy people and they don't care who you are. So, be extra cautious. Don't be paranoid, just be aware.

Your area is dominated by old people? Pfft, doesn't matter. Some people just plain don't care, strike anywhere. So, just be on your guard.

Let me tell ya' a scary story. About 4 or 5 years ago, I lived IN town. My mom and dad went for a walk, leaving SF7 and me at home. Well, while our parents were gone, two black guys came up to our door and demanded to come in. You could see through our glass door, so I immediatetly turned off the lamp in our living room. Then they got mad. They shouted "We know you're in there!"

Nearly petrified, SF7 and I hid for a moment. Not long afterwards, we scurried to our room and locked the door. Thankfully the two men left. I honestly believe they were drunk or something...


Point is, even at home, people can cause trouble. I'm not sure what those men wanted, but the next day two white guys showed up too. After that, we nver saw them again. They could have broke in, they couldn't harmed me and my sister. Thankfull nothing happened.

Learn from this. ALWAYS be ready. Sure, we were startled, but we learned important lessons. At home, I make sure I have places to hide and weapons to defend myself with(if absolutely neccessary). So, just be careful, NM.

me and my bro were walking home and we walked past this chav(i think he was a chav)-about the same age as us- and he started demanding that we answered him. we just walked off and ignored him even though he was yelling at us. I hope that made him realise that just cos you demand respect doesn't mean you'll get it.
