Seriously, the resident evil series is one of the biggest fanchises for survival horror and having one of the characters in brawl could only make it better
I reckon if they make another smash bros, they should think about possibly including some resident evil characters, persernally i think jack krauser is cooler then leon.
Here's what players, stages, items and other stuff i think they could use from the resident evil series

Playable characters
Nemesis
Move-set
UP - Swipe
Down - Infect (Infected characters have 5 - 15% damage, can also be used to defend nemesis)
Side - Machine gun
Standed - Smashes the ground to attack
Final smash - Other lickers approch and attack players
Jack Krauser
Move-set
UP - Throws flash grenade and moves (similar to mewtow's teleport)
DOWN - Sends scout walker out (can be destroyed)
SIDE - Fires crossbow (Like link's hero's bow)
STANDED - Sends machine turrent
FINAL SMASH - Krauser's arm transforms and he uses it blast though anybody stupid enough to be in he's path
STAGES
Racoon city - Zombies attack players (Nemesis's default stage)
Resi 4 Tour - Takes you to key moments in the game like
- El largo's lake
- Miltary base (where J.J attacks)
- Village (belle sister's attack)
- Oil Rig (Saddler attacks)
- Castle (Gladiator gannode attacks)
Sometimes TNT falls down, random enemies watch the players fight (Krauser's default stage)
ASSISTANT TROPHIES
Dr. Salvador
Swips with chainsaw, sometimes SUPER SALVADOR comes out
instead
Zombie hounds
A pack of zombie dogs maul the other players
RANDOM S*T*A*R*S MEMBERS
Either Leon kennedy, chris redfield, albret wesker,
Ada wong, claire redfield or jill villentine came out to help
Items
TMP
attack other players with the TMP
T-Virus
Increase in stamin, lowers percentage and hits cause more damage
Las plagas + Staff
Injects the las plagas into another character, the player can stop
them from attacking but VERY RARE!
(E.g - mario gets link and can prevent him from hitting him)
