Biography:
Liquid Sonic was existence is born from a freak accident in one of Dr.Robotniks old and abandoned labs. When an earth quake hit the lab the tremors managed to shake two vials containing essence of Chaos and Sonic's DNA off their racks and collide with each other on the ground. From then on the Chaos form disconnected from its original host for so long struggled to survive and latched onto the nearest source of life it could find to survive (Similar to froggy incident in Adventure). Useing the Sonic DNA as a base for a structure of a body the Chaos DNA replicated a Sonic form from that the pool of broken vials. The strain though and the time of being disconnected from Chaos for so long and combined with Sonic's DNA lead to the mind of a totally different being thus forth known as Liquid-Sonic.
At first when Liquid-Sonic became self-aware of his life he was totally confused as to what was going on. Being in an abandoned lab in the dark waking up on his back. His first memories were a turmoil mix of Chaos and Sonic. When Liquid Sonic managed to finally leave the lab he retained for a good while a number of Sonic's ablities and as a result came to an assumption that he was Sonic infact. Soon after however a few encounters with certain people and adventures (FM5 chronicles) he found that his super speed and sonic like strength was starting to diminish and finally figured out what he was from Robotnik. Robotnik had explained that in essence majority of what made him was Chaos and that even being able to retain most of Sonic's ablities for so long was a Fluke.
After learning what he was and losing all his Sonic-like powers became lost in who he was. His mind was filled with blurs of Chaos- A being filled with insane hatred for all life and Sonic- A being filled with love for all living things. Liquid-Sonic powerless now, became a wanderer and travelled across the land.
Liquid Sonic merely observed the world as he travelled. He saw countless horrors and many wonders. He never interfered with any situation no matter how nasty or how good it was. With all the memories and mixed feelings running through his mind he was never sure what was truly his sense of "right" and "wrong" and vowed to never interfere till he did.
It was only one day under a rainy storm in a open field when passing through did he decide to interfere. He encountered a lone human girl huddling her knees crying to herself. Liquid tried to walk past her un-caring to her obvious pain but as soon as he did the girl raised her voice just enough for him to hear. She said "Will you be my friend?". Liquid immediately froze on the spot upon hearing those words. Of all the responses he expected and anticipated reactions he had never imagined that she would ask him that in this situation. Before he could even come to an answer in his own mind though the girl was already clinging to him with her arms around his waste still crying. Liquid immediately felt sympathy towards her. Alone in the middle of no where, Just looking for someone to talk too. So he put his hand on the child's head and she looked up at his face. He smiled lightly and said "I'll be your friend so no more tears okay? Whats your name?". Her face immediately lit up and she screamed "thank you" repeatedly in joy. "My name is Mona"She took Liquid-Sonic's hand and carried on walking.
The two travelled for a while together. Staying at local inn's. Seeing great landscapes and meeting new people. With the help of this girl. Liquid was able to see a whole new world through her eyes.
Upon their travels eventually they came upon a situation where a small farm was under attack by a band of robots built by Robotnik. Liquid taking his usual stance tries to go on by ignoring it but Mona erupted out in anger and worry. "Liquid we can't just let them hurt the farmers!" she cried. Liquid looked down at her and replied with a frustrated look "Its not my problem why should I help?" Mona's face turned to an expression of heart breaking from what she heard. She never saw this cold side of Liquid before. "Idiot how could you be so cold!" She yelled before breaking from him and running towards the farm. Liquid called for her to stop while trying to keep up with her pace but found it difficult due to his lost ablities. They both eventually came upon the scene of the farmer's a fox and a hedgehog cowering away in a corner as robots close in on them. Mona without hesistation ran at them screaming at them to stop. Liquid just arriving behind for the first time felt fear. The robots turned to Mona pointing their Laser turrets and began to charge. Liquid had no super speed to get her out of harms way and no other powers.
In this very moment its like time had stopped. In Liquids mind he imagined Mona dieing and the very scene in his head caused him to snap.
Mona saw that what she was doing was about to get her killed and cried out his name. "LIIIIIIIQUIIIIIID" While covering her face with her arms in futile attempts to protect her. Soon after crying out though it was followed by three distance explosions right infront of her. She opened her eyes and spaced her arms just a crack to see that three of the five robots had gaping holes in their chests and other locations. Completely confused she turned around to see Liquid but something was not right. Liquid's face with covered with nothing but pure rage and drool from one side of his mouth. His left arm had become completely disfigured and looked like Chaos's arm. Half of his face had also become a bizare mix of Chaos and Sonic while more parts of his body were literally bubbling up. She watched him lift his left arm and watched it explode with such pressure and a barely visible extending fist fly past her and take out the last two robots.
Mona did not take her eyes off Liquid though. She was frozen with fear as she saw liquid turning more and more into a monster and was still remained frozen even when he saw new limbs being created and blasting out devestating the sorroundings with sheer force. She muttered his name repeatedly. This went on for a few seconds and his body had almost completely changed till there was nothing left but half of his face.
A single flowing tear ran from his face and he cried. "RUUUN!!!". Upon hearing his plea instead of doing as he commanded she ran towards him and wrapped his arms around his waist and screamed at the top of her lungs. "FRIENDS DON'T RUN FROM FRIENDS!!". Liquid's eye widened and the memories of there time spent together rushed into his mind. Each memory recalled slowly started to revert his transformation bit by bit till he became back to his sonic-form.
He layed there on his knees in her arms crying "I'm so sorry" over and over. She merely replied "We are friends okay? So don't cry". Liquid was shivering from fear but she had interpreted it as the cold. She grabbed nearest thing she could find which was a brown cape and wrapped around him and comfortingly said "As long as you wear this cape you'll always be okay!". Liquid looked up at her eye to eye and he was greeted with nothing but a smile. He knew it was a obvious lie but the thought had comforted him and agreed to never take it off.
They put the situation behind them and continued on there travels and Liquid had learn't slowly but surely through many encounters how to harness Chaos's powers without changing into a monster...

They live in a world called Gaia filled with beings, magic and technologies of vast kinds. This is not without its problems though. There is war and strife, countries and armies all competing for more power and more control over the world.
The reason behind all of this? Their is a very rare prize they all seek. The worlds Power of Balance. The power of balance is said to be the source of all energies such as Nature, Metals, Spirit, and Fuels. If anyone could control this power they would be the most powerful being amongst any other.
There are four major Nations in the world each which specialise in the sources of energies. The first is the Nation of the Animals species alike to Sonic. They are the major controller of the Nature energies and seek only peace between everyone and live in the major forests in the world. The second Nation is the Metallics. A race of sentient machines who controls a majority of the rare metals in the world and some of the greatest technologies there are. Their goal is simply advance themselves in anyway possible but in pursuing this they are currently at war with the other Nations. The third race of the world is the Dragonkin. They are very few in numbers as a result of being hunted down by the Metallics to near extinction. The dragonkin are rarely seen now and have gone into hiding. The Last nation is the race of Humans who control the major fuels in the worlds. The humans though don't soley depend on just fuel for living but a small combination of everything. They are allied with the Animal nation against the Metallics in a bid to stop them destroying everything.
Each of the major nations are out searching for "The Balance". A mythical stone which is known to contain an endless supply of every source of power.
