Anyhow, here is someone I came up with...
DARK STORMDemon of the stormThough he looks more like a dark angel, Dark Storm is indeed a demon.
His face in unpleasantly pale, and plain.
His eyes are deep red.
He wears loose-fitting black clothes, but is barefooted.
He also has two large wings on his back, which allow him to fly at incredible speeds, and gives him nimble agility.
His pitch-black hair is always neat, and he never smiles. He doesn't even smirk after a victory.
Even before this demon entered the physical realms, he appeared in every single one of Blaze's nightmares - A dark being, accompanied by thunder and lightning.
Usually only in the background, but there nonetheless.
However, Blaze first encountered him properly after Dark Storm was chosen, by an unknown dark being, to permanently erase the 'problem' that was FM5.
He carried out the assassination attempt during a heavy thunder storm that, as he attacked, grew more volatile and lethal, and became a swirling oblivion of clouds.
When Blaze appeared on the scene, FM5 was taking a one-sided beating, since he was so quick, and none of her attacks seemed to actually hit him.
Blaze defeated the demon, by parrying and reflecting a lightning blast, using the blade of Amon Ra, and then slashing him through the neck.
Despite a direct KO hit, not unlike the one Blaze had used to finish off Dreary, the wound regenerated itself, even before Blaze had finished the slash, leaving Dark Storm relatively unharmed.
At this point, Dark Storm, realising that without a plan, he could not defeat this new foe, departed silently into the storm clouds above, which soon themselves cleared as sunlight pierced them, leaving Blaze confused at what had just happened.
Now, Dark Storm still lives, lurking behind almost every storm, waiting for the day when he will get revenge upon the only one to equal him - Blaze the dragon knight.
By personality, he is calm, but harsh.
He carries little respect for anyone, and can and will kill anyone he feels like killing.
But, he is most certainly not stupid.
In fact, the very opposite.
To take on FM5, he instantly adopted a new strategy for each of her forms, each one highly successful.
(Blaze's sudden appearance surprised him, leaving him distorted, and the main reason for his defeat)
Dark Storm rarely says anything, and doesn't say threats, even though he's capable of carrying them out.
Dark Storm fights and lives alone, and requires no team, for he's well able to defeat an entire army, and more.
Despite what his name implies, Dark Storm is NOT the dark side of a being called Storm. Don't anyone make that mistake.The power he wields is thunder and lightning.
Using these powers, he can defeat any foe he encounters, even if they are supposedly immune to it.
He holds a sceptre of navy-blue colour, which has a smooth surface that swirls like mist.
Though simple in deign, this sceptre amplifies the power and controls the effect of his powers.
To be able to have such power, and still keep control of it, means that Dark Storm is very disiplined and focused, unable to be distracted.
He can use his powers to heighten the power of storms too, making him incredibly dangerous.
He is also very strong physically, being a demon. His strength may not be his strongest point, but it, combined with his speed, makes him able to defeat most hand-to-hand.
Another problem with Dark Storm is, other than his speed, power, strength, focused mind and his uncanny intelligence, is that he appears to have no weaknesses which will work more than once.

Well, now you really know all you need to know about Dark Storm.
He should, hopefully, appear in an oncoming story, as Blaze's enemy or not.
So, how was that Blaze?
Do you want him as your enemy?
He probably won't make many appearances, but Blaze's battles against him would be very action-packed.
Actually, to be honest, he wasn't originally designed to be Blaze's arch enemy/rival.
In fact, he was designed before that.
I looked at Liliana's site, saw that demon anime, (Very impressive) and thought:
"Hmm, I haven't tried making up a demon character yet..."
So, I created Dark Storm.
I drew him during my holiday in Belfast though.
Oh yeah!
