I would say Spyro, but Crash has patched things up with him recently.
Jak was the reason Naughty Dog sold Crash in the first place.
Mario and Sonic are rivals and no longer fight Crash.
I gotta say Jak, and that's my final answer.

actually it's mario
nintendo and sony had a long going war, and when nintendo made super mario 64, sony tried to come up with an idea. Sony's answer to mario was crash bandicoot. In short sony make crash bandicoot games to "out-do" nintendo whenever they make a decent nintendo game, it's a shame crash is now on the wii
but thats what happens when sony make a consul for older gamers, THEY LOSE THEIR OLD CHARACTERS TOO!
(though they didn't lose solid snake)
you can hardly call Jak a rival to crash, as they were both owned by the same 2 companies at one time.
