Me too. I don't think that we get chiggers in Britain... Or that many ticks...
Instead, we get garden spiders by the dozen! I mean, there's dozens of huge garden spider webs in my back garden, and I keep walking into them. Unpleasant, especially since it's full of dead flies, and of the it has the spider itself... * Shudders * I HATE spider webs.
But, I hate the concept of chiggers and ticks even more. They burrow into your skin, I mean, GROSS.

Just be glad we don't live in Australia. The world's most poisonous spider lives there...
Hey, has anyone else noticed how the world's most poisonous creatures, all seem to live in Australia? Just a thought...
Chiggers sound nasty anyway. Poor FM5! (And everyone else who have had them)

They remind me of those things on the mummy that burrowed into that guy. They had to use a knife on that one though

They were flesh-eating scarabs. Nasty concept. Actually, dspite most beliefs, scarab beetles and dung beetles are indeed seperate species. Dung beetles roll up dung, and I think that they're worldwide. Scarab beetles I think only live in Egypt, and have shiny blue shells, whilst dung beetles are black. I think that the ancient egyptians worshipped both of them. According to their myths, a giant dung beetle rolled the sun across the sky... Heh, imagine what astronomers would have said if that theory had been correct! Most ancient religions were made by imagination. Only one was correct... Well, in my opinion anyway. Erm, back to chiggers. THEY'RE DEAD!! YAY!!!

Lol, I love the Mummy. That's a good movie. Chiggers, thankfully, don't eat your flesh. They just live inyour flesh. Though they're dead, they left scars on my legs. >_< Thanks, stupid bugs.... But, at least they are gone. I hope I don't get them again when I go to my Grandma's on Thanksgiving. I like Thanksgiving, but it's ruined when I have to go to her house. The lady hates me!

Aww, poor FM5! Man, your life is HARD... Hmm, don't worry about the scars. They don't matter anyway!
