I ask that everyone please pray for the people living in Louisiana. Hurricane Katrina, a category 5 hurricane, had formed and will be hitting this state. So, keep everyone there in your prayers. Thanks.  |

yeha so didi i people were wondering why they name them but anyway ym prayers arewith them. fonly i had thepowerto summo guardian angelsfor them all,alas i do not. anyway i will pray for their safety and hope it does not cause too much damage.andthat it itdoes dmage to otherstatesncase itgoesthrough louisana and hits them.

Thank you everyone. I'm sure everyone in Lousiana would appreciate your concern if they only knew we were all praying for them.
I heard from sister today, who lives in Florida as ell, that she saw many people from Lousiana today. Apparently they were refugees.
I heard on the news later on today that Katrina has become a category 1. Yet, I know it did some awful damage. A lot of places were flooded.

hmm i'm glad that it's nearly over. but i'm sad that it didi damge but also glad that many escaped it and sad for the few that dididn't.

Blaze, Lousiana is like two states to the left of Florida. So, yeah, it could've come this way. I'm not saying that I'm glad it hit Lousiana, but I'm glad it didn't hit here.
Thousands of people fled before Hurricane Katrina arrivd. Yet, those who were too stubborn to leave, were killed. About 100 people died that they know of. Several are prbably trapped in their torn-down houses. They showed the footage of New Orleans on TV. That town no longer exists. It looks like houses were built in the ocean. It's completely flooded.
They're planning to rebuild. I would just let New Orleans be a memory and not rebuild, but that's just me. If that happened here, we wouldn't be returning to a place that keps getting destroyed.
Anyways, Hurricane Katrina has been recorded as the USA's worst natural disaster in history. Other hurricanes will now be compared to Katrina.

yeah an estimat eon our news says that the finacial dmage will be about 26 billon dollars. i been watching the news and im glad it's gone now. thoguh i heard it ddiid damage to four states.but yeah new orleans reminds me of that film water world shame was quite a big city and i doubt only 100 died probably many more but i hope not i honestly do.
