Santa is real as long as he keeps faith in those who believe... Like God, I'm sorry if this example angers people, but to many people out there, God does not exist and never will, where as to those who do believe and gain the faith, he is real. I am not saying God doesn't exist before people yell... If you truly believe that something exists, it does, no one shall tell you other wise, even if it don't exist to them....

Everyone's picking on me! T_T
It was a joke but now everyone's just taking it as meaning something philosophical. The modern Santa with rudpolph who is jolly and goes 'ho!ho! ho!' doesn't exist. But st. Nicholas did exist... Besides, it's not even Santa that puts hope in little children at christmas time... It's the children's parents!
Jesus is the one who is supposed to be celebrated at christmas time, not a man from the north pole. However nice it is to get presents, that's not what christmas is about! People just try to take Christ out of Christmas. Because they can't bear hearing about anything christian. Santa never did exist, but St. Nicholas did, as did Jesus... Jesus was born. He had to be to die on the cross for our sins... Which brings me to ANOTHER complaint.
The Easter bunny doesn't exist, either. It is nice to get Easter eggs if you like chocolate... But the point of Easter is to celebrate Jesus' resurrection. This is how Christianity started... With a resurrection of the Son of God. If people don't believe in Jesus, don't let them celebrate it... Instead of disracting people who do believe with chocolate and tales of an easter bunny.
