All I can say is Wii. But that's because I haven't the chance to play a PS3 or any other of the older Playstation consoles. I thoroughly believe, after I have my own job and all that life mess, I'll probably own the older systems just to get to know them, and experience other games--like Final Fantasy for instance, which does catch my interest. ;]
Until I do know the other consoles, I'm going with Wii. And I do have plenty reasons to love that system anyway so far--it holds my favorite games series, Zelda, Mario, Sonic, etc. :]

i don't want to say seeing how i'll own a PS3 soon,
When i first played zelda games i thought the main character was called zelda, funny how pyrotails reacted having to tell me link was the name of the first character it went like this
PT: The main characters called link ME: then why's it called legand of zelda PT: because you have to save her ME: can't be much of a legand of she needs to be saved!
Ok maybe it didn't go EXCATLY like that but it was i could imagine similar to that. . .

I've seen it. The cutscenes, the levels, and the town levels are awesome.
I even based one of my story's on Shadow's story of it. It is absolutely awesome.
My favourite levels are Crisis City, and Radical Train, oh oh and I love Kingdom Valley.

well
PS3 is good when it comes to the games and features but wii is tons cheaper, has more original games then PS3 and also is introducing new people to the gaming industry. Both consoles are good but you can't really compare the two of them, it would be like saying that Mario is not as graphical as the main character in GTA IV.
The PS3 is more of an adult/Hardcore gamer console so their not likely to have the sort of games that nintendo wii has (With the exception of little big planet WHICH LOOKS AWESOME!) And the wii is for familes so therefor it's not going to have major violent games (Though upon saying that the wii does have Alone in the dark 5, Resident evil 4. resident evil: Umbrella Cronicals and Manhunt 2)
FM5 Can i ask you, is the american version of manhunt 2 any differant to the english version?

Well, you see Manhunt 2 has been banned over here indefinitly. Therefore the main difference is that they have it and we don't(and seeming as how the first game SUCKED(I saw it in media class but refused to play it because it's just sick-kinda plays like a messed up and bloody MGS) that's not such a bad thing. From my fountain of near useless gaming knowledge, I can see no difference between the two versions. Why would there be?
Oh, and why are you asking FM5? I know she's american, but do you really think she'd play it?

Hmm... she may be able to dig up information Pyro.
We need a new topic, this is getting old.
Something I had to debate about.
Should the death penalty come back?
Yes and no, is my answer, I can't really decide.

ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! Is my opinion.
Read my english speech to find out why. (It's probably on page 2 on general board.) Also, if we do bring it back, then how do we know it's not going to be abused? For all we know, if they bring it back, then we're gonna probably start wanting 'overkill' again. You know, hang till they're almost dead, and then chop them in half and half again.
I hate it that some people out there are so cruel as to kill innocent people, and perhaps in very gory and painful fashions. I know that. We all have a right to say to the murderers that 'they deserve to die' but we don't have a right to kill them. If we kill them, then how are we better than them? I know that at this point people say that it's better to sacrifice one life to save many more, but quite a lot of people who die haven't actually killed anyone, they've just stole a heck of a lot of stuff, or raped someone. They haven't actually killed anyone. They don't deserve a death penalty. I remember hearing of Saddham Hussein's death. Initially I thought 'good riddance' but then I started to think 'but, hang on... Did he really deserve it?' Murderers and Serial killers kill people, but, let's face it, they don't exactly wipe out the entire population of the world, do they? The biggest massacre I've heard of was when the atom bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Negasaki to end world war 2. And the people who dropped them were supposed to be on our side... After that, and millions of people dying instantely as a result, how can we be sure what's right or not? The twin towers attack was practically nothing compared to the atom bomb attacks.
In short. I think it's wrong.

the death penalty needs to come back. At the moment it's not here and what's going on?
KNIFE CRIME BOMB ATTACKS MURDER RAPINGS
All becasue of the lack of a death penalty, they know there's nothing in jail that will make them pay for the crimes they have done so they carry on. Assasain it may be defending some obsolute justice but did the people who died in the underground bombings deserve to die? NO THEY DIDN'T! Did the people in the twin towers deserve to die? NO, DEFENTLY NOT! People like saddam hussain deserve to die becasue when they take that many lives and don't even care about it, it just makes it worse.
The bombings on japan needed to happen becasue pearl habour was being attacked, america needed something to say "this is an act of war, don't think we won't do anything about it"
it may seem horriable and ruthless but there are some people in this world that are so dark and horriable that the only way to make sure they don't EVER do something like that again is to kill them. Capital pushihment has become more humane thoughout the years, public hangings are gone now and in their place, injections to make sure that the criminal dosen't have to suffer for too long.
Capital Punshiment is getting better so it's not all "Cut them to pieces and feed them to lions". If somebody killed somebody extrememly close to you, you would want revenge. To deney it to families is sick. Did the killer give mercy? No, so why should our goverment let people that do this go?
Capital Pushiment will get rid of knife crime. Therefore making sure the killings go down. Ensuring the future for the human race.
By the way assasain you do now that around 13 people have been killed, they could have led fullfilling lives. Appreantly the little jerks who did this didn't think they deserved that. One of them Robert Knox was an actor. He was in the next harry potter film. And to be honest i don't know how he's family are gonna be able to watch that. . .
