This is a game I came up with after playing a lot of Nintendo and Capcoms Phoenix Wright game. It's almost like an RPG, but it's a game. One person will be the judge, one the defense, one the prosecurer, one the witness and one the defenant. As you should already know the defense and the prosector are both lawers, the defense is trying to prove that the defenant is indeed not guilty, while the proscutor intends to declare them guilty. I will create a small murder story, where there is an obvioudsly murdered victim, an innocent man who is the defenant and tyhought to be the murderer, and the one guilty (although no one knows this) witness. When the 2 lawers are ready, the proscuter can call up there witness, who will state there name and job, then give there testimony (which is what they saw happen). The defense can then give there cross-examination, which means the witness will repeat what they just said line by line, allowing the defense to press them by asking questions about each sentence, forcing them to reveal more infomation. If they reveal a 'contridiction' in this then they shoulds state it immediatly to make them revise there testimony untill they eventually cannot make up more excauses. In some cases you must present evidence to reveal the contridiction. I will PM both lawers with the evidence that they possess. The proscutions job is too help the witness with there excauses, by objecting to what the defense says where nessacery, and may also have evidence with them to help with there cases. For this round only, I will play the Defenses boss, who will help out the defenses by telling them infomation because he is a rookie. Of course the proscutor will hear this too, as they will also be a rookie. Post here if you want to be the witness, judge, defense or proscutor. I'll PM the witness the whole story, as they're the only ones who actually know it all. I shall PM the two lawers and the judge what the police know on the murder (which isn't the full story of course) and then tell the 2 lawers what they're evidence is. Neither lawer is allowed to know what the other lawer has till they present it in 'court'. If a lawer presents evidence 5 times, but without an actual point then they will automaticcaly lose. OK I hope you got that, if not just say what you don't get. Hopefully this will do good ^_^
