He's died?! Is that true about his baby boy? He wasn't crazy! He was good with his job and he was a good person! I know he wasn't the best person, but I liked him.

No, his child wasn't eaten by a croc. Steve took him into a croc pen when he went to feed a croc.

It's a shame he died. It wasn't unexpected-that happens in his line of work- but he was a great man.

When certain people, (Like him) die, the world becomes just that bit less friendly... Though he may have died, he will be remembered. He was a brave man, and a role model for any guy... To face your fears.

Haunter is right, everytime a great person dies, the world firstly suffers shock, then dismay, then mild hostility... Well it feels that way to me

Well, it seems everyone knows about this tragedy... I loved watching The Crocodile Hunter. Steve Irwin was such a good man and he brought so much knowledge to us all about animals. He even showed us animals others wouldn't even touch, creatures we would've NEVER known was there. Steve had been bitten by crocs, snakes...I'm sure many more animals than that. And, through all those dangers, he made it out ok despite some injuries. He goes out to film stingrays, not even aggressive animals, and one...takes his life. All I can say is that it must have been his time... We should all remember this though: Steve Irwin died doing the job he loved. If we have to die, that would be the best way - while doing what you loved to do. Steve did that. I believe we should all honor him for what he has show us and for the courage he had to face those animals. He will be missed by all of us, especially his family. I say we never forget what he has done...
