well it is his charcter and he obivously lieks to give permission before peopel draw his characters. *shurgs* anyway hwne yo ucome on msn i'll send you kaisen thoguh i think you'll need ot redraw him to make him less gokuish, but yeah i got him done.

Looks interesting, but I really don't want any part of it. My characters can only be truly expressed by me myself. So, count me out.
(Btw, NM, do make sure to ask permission from everybody, ok? People can be very protective of their property...)

in a way it is, but nintendo encourage fanart in thier magazines liek NOM (as their is sometimes fnart competitions) whereas Haunter obviosuly wants peopel ot aks permission before drawing it. By having compso abotu nitnendo have pretty much given permission others have not.
