If you tell him how you feel about him honestly, then if he secretly feels the same way, that's a great thing.

However, bear in mind, that if you're a teenager, your emotions are being mixed around by hormones.
I mean, in the past I've fancied someone, only to discover later that actually, I didn't feel too strongly for them - It was hormones talking.

However, even through such a confusing point in your life, you still feel strongly for this guy, go ahead!
Tell him how you feel!

If ya do that, you're being A LOT braver than me.

And Actually thinking about it, I haven't known him to be in a bad mood. He's pretty easy going... Which might help alot... I know I have liked him for some time now, but its only recently I have noticed how I like him... Its quite confusing >_<
