SONIC IS UNLOCKED BY COMPLETING SUBSPACE EMISSARY! DUNNO HOW MANY TIMES!
I think it's just the once with one character... or maybe a few times, or maybe all of the times. I personally, am doing the subspace emissary first. I cannot and will not live until Sonic is unlocked on my freaking Brawl disc!

I don't see why your so concerned, if sonic will PWN them all then it should be hard to unlock him, save the best till last . . .

You have to unlock characters by meeting them in the Subspace emmisissary, and completing certain objectives. At least, it's that for Ness. I saw a vid where a guy showed what sound effects are played when you choose characters. Yay for annoying Haunter by choosing Yoshi!!!

I said to Haunter that you need to complete subspace emissary to unlock Sonic.

I'm not saying anything. The video does it for you. It shows Knuckles, Tails and Silver going through the loop at :50 and just Knuckles at 1:50. The odd thing is that I've watched other vids of them on that stage, and they weren't there. It must be random. Which means Shadow very well could be there.

Sorry but it's just that i was aware that it was you who wasen't good with secrets. Whats the point anyway, haunter's gonna find out sooner or later and if you know then you can unlock them not just one day "OH LOOK LUCARIO!" after something like 2 years of playing on the game. I would be really pi$$ed off that i could have been playing with lucario.

Yeah. It's beter to find out. Coz then all this time, ya could've been playing as.... the person you wanted to play as.
Also on a non related subject SR: ZG is being released on the ps2 on 22nd of February,. I am rushing straight down t Gamestation to buy the baby.
I still have loads of birthday money, I ma an introvert so I never did go out and spend it. So I guess, I'm using it for Mario and Sonic, and SR: ZG. I want the ps2 one anyway, coz I will have an advantage, coz I have the prequal, so I will know the basic gist of controls, all I need to learn is Gravity Dive, Control and the other one. ^^ also, the graphics look kick ass awesome.

So remember kids, Japanese hardware is your friend!
Buying a Japanese Wii and Smash Bros X (Japanese Brawl) is a rather good idea. And inviting Sonicmark over to play all night is an even better idea =D
