OK, ive been playing this in Rank 10, but it cant differ too much for the other ranks.. (i cant remember but, oh well...)
START LINE - from the start if you are playing this in the lower ranks, you will start with around 45-50 seconds, so just slam anything and everything in your way until the clock hits 20 seconds...it doesnt matter what you hit (unless its bigger...lol) so just hit stuff. HOWEVER, in rank 10, you start with just 20 SECONDS!!!! so heres my little tip/walkthrough for this level, hopefully more will come.... but remember this is for RANK 10 (DOMINATOR) but feel free to use any tips for the lower ranks.
START - From the start line you will have 20 seconds, so smash into ANYTHING you can lay your front bumpers into...i am NOT joking, any same way traffic, that you can take out SLAM IT, try to hit it into the oncoming traffic to score more time, but just try to get to the bridge without getting taken out.
THE BRIDGE - this is THE best place to score some time... 3 lanes jammed with traffic... best way to do this is let go of the boost so youre just accelerating, start with the left lane (Lane 1) and drift slowly between lanes 1 and 2, then move over to Lane 3 before moving back into lane 1. Just snake between all 3 lanes basically.....
SHORTCUTS ARE BAD - for crying out loud, DONT TAKE SHORTCUTS, they will have about 4 or 5 cars in them and arent worth taking as there are way more cars on the main track....
CORNERS - Takle corners through drifting, taking them normally could be disastorous. In the training video, it says you cant hit cross traffic, well i found a way around it, when you drift into cross traffic that would be going your way, the angle difference between the traffic and you, decreases, making it Same-Way and not Cross.... therefore, if you were to take those corners normally, you would get taken out and waste valuable time.
BACK TO THE START - follow these tips and you will hit the line again, the money you earn from checking will double, thwen if you cross the line again it will triple and so on..im not sure if it goes past 5x, because thats how far ive managed to get it... ill try to beat that to confirm it..but, hey...im not an expert ya know...

) So you need to build everything that you need to create an MCV (con yard, power plant, barracks, refinery, war factory, service depot, battle lab) then send out a force of tanks and the MCV to the Soviet base to the right of the screen eliminate the base and set up a new base here, with all the basics needed (power plant, refinery, barracks)... when the nuke hits, you will have a back up base... also, if you continue east down the path, there are 2 nuclear reactors to capture!
