Yup, did y'all know that there making an RTS called Halo Wars? Should be interesting... kind of like Starcraft + Halo

Such a long time since anyone posted, and such a lot of news to catch up on.

Halo 3 Beta
Bunjee(or however it's spelt) released a beta of Halo 3 to give the public something to be exited about, and to collect data on the servers to make sure the game would work properly. They actually clocked over 4 million games in the 2-3 weeks it was open. You could gain access by either winning a competition, or purchasing a copy of Crackdown. The beta also included a version of a function of the final game where you can save a video clip of the match and watch it again.

There was also a report in a magasine that I read over the internet where you can customise your gear on multiplayer. This includes the head, the sholdiers, arms and chest plates with different logos, colours and change the look of your visor. This will help make multiplayer less standard, as you continually play as different looking players, as well as different players.

The brutes also have new vehicles which are apparently bigger and stronger than other vehicles. I don't remember much about them. Check out some of these videos:

I just hope that Halo 3 is better then 2. Some people say 2 was perfect but...I dunno I just hope 3 is better.

well thats nothing to worry about, halo 3 has got better graphics, they've been working on halo 3 for ages, microsoft is a big rich expensive company and halo 3 HAS SHEILD GRENADES

I've got halo 1 on pc, and it ROCKS! The story mode doesn't work well, but the online is so much fun. How much greater is Halo 3 gonna be with all the new stuff and destructable vehicles! I'm actually watching a Beta tournament on XLEAGUE.TV(sky channel 291).

pyro, red vs blue can continue because blood gulch is on halo 3 the reason you didn't know was because they upgraded the map and give it a different name and pyro i though you already know about tear gas gernades being on halo 3 and pyro

That was a quote from a special filmed with the Halo 3 Beta. I don't have a blog, and for those who didn't get the joke they all wear helmets, and tear gas would be completly useless.

And I expect they wanted to finish RVB before it got boring like the newer episodes of the Simpsons, among other reasons.

shut the **** up about the simpsons, your not worthy to say their name and red vs blue isn't nessercily stoping blood gulch is on halo 3. i didn't think H3 would have tear grenades cos as you said it wouldn't effect them but they do have shield grenades which rock

Just after half way he gets a kill. Then he drops some grenades that let off fire, kinda like the petrol bomb in worms.

it's just another stupid grenades and anyway i only use them when i'm completly surronded with no hope of survival without them.
