That is quite a cool story.
Well, not in that way.
I have your Metapod Haunter. It knows Harden, Tackle and String Shot... since I believe it can only learn those moves.

I wonder if a Metapod can beat up the Elite Four? XD That's kinda funny. ^^

Its possible to beat the entire elite four with just a pineco that has endure and absorb. It can be like level one or something.
This is because it goes down to 1hp then fully heals itself with absorb and slowly takes them down. You may need more then one just in case lol. But it is possible

And then I make things more difficult for you by requesting myself as a mewtwo. xD
Nature: Sassy (To round out defenses while taking a slight hit to speed)
Item Held: Rocky Helmet (To help guard the lacking defense)
Abilities: Zen Mode, Download, Levitate, Tinted Lens, Analytic (If we're being realistic: Pressure or Unnerve Characterization-driven Ability if this is meant to be realistic without being an overpowered mess and choosing abilities not possible in-game for that pokemon: Analytic)
Color Scheme: Original or Silver with a crimson tail and orange eyes (If Zen Mode applies: an Arsenic Grey body with a Cobalt Blue Tail and Electric Blue eyes)
Moves: Psystrike/Psyshock, Psychic, Aura Sphere, Me First
Stats and disposition: Though Sassy, this Mewtwo is deeply analytical and is slower in its actions than other Mewtwos. this in turn however, strengthened its mental (special) defenses beyond that of normal. It primarily depends on its natural defenses to help see it through a match and is firmly an offensive attacker. Due to its Sass, this Mewtwo favors using Me First to trip up enemies with heightened versions of their own moves. This is of course if this Mewtwo goes first. A very strategic yet aggressive opponent.
If stacking of OP abilities works: If it attacks after its target, attack is increased by 30%, also Attack or Special Attack is raised a stage depending on its opponent's weakest defense, is unaffected by ground-type moves, all attacks dealing "not very effective" damage are doubled in strength, when under half health speed drops sharply and defenses are nearly doubled ((def &spec. def x2) -5) and attack and special attack swap amounts. In this state this Mewtwo can be more effective against foes using physical attacks and its own attacks suffer.
I just realized what time it is......I spent WAY too much time researching. xD Though I always have liked Mewtwo, it was just abilities what tripped me up.

That'll be cool.
It's nice to have a challenge,
unfortunately, I believe I cannot get some of those abilities.
They might be Dream World, and I have no idea how to unlock Dream World, that's a totally wifi thing (and you need an account =_=)
But I'll try my best Pure Heart.
It beats Metapod at least. *glares at Haunter*

Let's see, bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/MewtwoYeah, I'll take Unnerve if you can but its a dream world ability. Elsewise I'm alright with Pressure. And all those abilities I listed definitely aren't Mewtwo-able, I just looked for abilities which could fit my person and were potent. Edit: You need an account for Wifi Dream world stuff? Lame. D:

Technically as mewtwo is psychic its strongest attacks would not be that effective against a metapod. However, metapod can only increase its defense, which means mewtwo, which would use mostly special attacks would not have its attack power against the metapod decreased.
It would come down to who can survive longest: mewtwo against metapod's tackle or metapod against the barrage from mewtwo.
However, as mewtwo can likely learn moves that are super effective against metapod I think it would get pwned. I would personally go for kakuna as it can learn poison sting which would be super effective.
Butterfree is better then beedrill, but kakuna is better then metapod XD

Bleh, just you wait. Metapods eat Mewtwos for breakfast. Hence why there's only one of them left in each game.
