It will get you ANY pokemon. Even Deoxys, Manaphy, Darkrair, Arceus, Jirachi, the dogs and birds. And any of those can be shiny.

COOL! wait, whats so good about shiny and can you get dark pokemon?
what i mean by dark pokemon is in the 4th pokemon movie there was this ball called the dark
ball which catched pokemon stright away (even if owned by someone like the master ball) and
when the pokemon was released they were pure evil or something, in the end he caught one
of the rare pokemon: celebi with this
