I do believe the Death Count is 9 right now, btw updates might be a little less frequent because of the fact that I'm learning bass and I'm focusing on it a lot, and also I'll likely get the new Diddy Kong game.

The whole 'who is Mehji anyway' thing will be explained near the end, althouth several clues are dropped thoughout the manga so far. The firery eye thing I did there (go me) is explained in the Hidden Wastelands story.
