Striker after a few mintues of searching with his shadow eyes found a mechanism which was coonected to a wall next to where a door should be. He shurgged and pulled it. To his surprise the door slid open, but only a fraction. Also the ceieling begna to speed up.
"Darn my ancestors." He whispered. "They've made this first room have more then one switch to open the door. Eahc switch sppeds up the celing as well."

He knew he didn't have the power ot use the shadow eyes again so he woudl have to search. He looked at the ceiling and guessed he had at the most an hour before it ucurshed them and if there ws more then one more that time woudl probbaly be cut in half with each one.
"I have to hurry." he whispered as he leapt onto a pillar. He had extreme night vision equal t that of a vampire and could see trough the darkness of the chamber quie well. He looked up to see laze struglling. "Hey blaze keppe it up. There's more then one switch. I found the first one."

Suntooth roared annoyed and shouted. "Hurry up my back's killing me and this ceiling is getting harder to slow down." Striker nodded and dashed about searching. He saw a second lever and backflipeed off a rock and grabbed it pulling it down. The celing bagan to speed up again and Striker saw the door open slightly more. He couldn't get Blaze through such a small gap, but he could get himself through.
"I coudl go ahead, but i will not leave Blaze." he told himself. He then saw a messgae on the wall.
Three levers, three difficulties. The first is simple find the door and you will find it. The second is for the agile and lies high above this writing and the third lies where only one of shadows can get it. He smirked and looked about and saw a tiny alcove that even a thingyroach would find it hard to get through and few could see it, but shadow could easily get through it.
"I have foudn the second and i know where the third lies. It is the last." Striker yelled .He dahsed over to the alcove and sat down in a medidatory position and began to control the shadow's aorund him into a thin beam which went through the alcove and expanded. An eye appeared on it and he looked about this other room using it. He saw a lever and used the shadow to grba it and pull it. As he didi there was a grinding sound and Striker looekd up to see the celing descneidng rapidly. "BLAZE LET GO TRANSFORM TO NORAML AND GET THROUGH THE DOOR." Striker shouted. The dragon nodded and flew down transforming to normal. He dashed through the door followed by the shadow warrior. They jsut got throguh it as the celing slammed down.
"Looks like we need the forest power to get out. Let's keep moving buddy." Blaze stated and the two companions walcontinued to journey though the temple towards thier destinies.

“Looks like the guardian of the forest temple of Gargantuan is our next test on the path of life.” The shadow warrior nodded in agreement with his teammate and drew his sword.
“We must take it down fast.” Striker stated “The longer we fight it the better it becomes as beating us. It learns.” Blaze nodded and drew his sword. Focusing his fire power into it he transformed it into a halberd. He kicked open the door and the two of them entered looking around for their foe. Unfortuantely, it saw them first and shot out a torrent of flame at them. Both warriors smirked and used their fire powers to parry it. The monster fell down from the ceiling. It was a monstrous three headed silver dragon with a snake for a tail and poisonous claws.
“You mean the guardian is a dragon?” Blaze asked. Striker shook his head.
“No this is a Drake. A much more powerful enemy then any dragon.” the shadow warrior answered. “It won’t use fire again. Be ready for anything and attack with brains not brawn.”
p.s the third chapter started when they entered the temple.

this is on hol for a short while, but don't worry i'll be bringing two more stories on to quench your thirst for stories. PAyback will also be o hold, but preparw for the CUrsed Warrior and my sci fi story which i haven't named yet/
