He sighed and rose to his feet. He lifted the door easily with one hand and with his free hand began to reattach it to the doorframe. He sighed at the cracks in it and shrugged. "I'm sorry about the door. I will have to repair it properly later." he sat down on the armchair again. He could hear PSear faintly due to the tracer. Nothing at all about any treasures....yet. He looked at Amy and Mystico.
"Hey Amy where do you get Chao from?" he asked out of curiosity. "And is it possible to get a metallic hedgehog looking one?"

"You burnt my tongue!" Mystico whined. Amy sighed and then asked Sabre to get him some cold water. Sabre did that and then Amy helped Mystico drink some of it. "There you go Mystico" Amy cooed softly. Mystico swirled it round his mouth to ease the burn on his tongue. He then swallowed, going back to the soup.

"I have my laptop...it's in my room on the desk, if you wanna check out chao, " Amy said. Sabre got up and then exited the room. He clanked up the grand-stairs and then entered Amy's room. He walked up to the desk. His eyes adverted to a photo. It was Mystico Quazon, Spear and Amy. Mystico was sitting next to Quazon, both making a silly face. Amy was next to Spear. He was giving a thumbs up. Amy was winking and looked like she was laughing. "Friends." Sabre said. He snapped out of it then picked up the laptop. It come saying the producer name 'Compaq' it then had the bar and then green bar going through it. It came to the log-in screen and then Sabre quickly went downstairs to get the password. (this is not my real password for my laptop..don't get any ideas) Amy said "Mystico" which was the password. Sabre then went back upstairs and then typed in the password all lower-case. It then sais welcome and then went into the desktop. Obvious. A picture of Shadow. It had numerous icons on the screen. Sabre made the cursor move to the internet icon and double-clicked it. It then came up with the windopw for the internet. It went to Google and then in the browser he typed in. "Where to find Chao" It came up with some results. He clicked the first one which came to a popular chao website. On the navigator bar it had "Where to find Chao" in blue writing. Sabre clicked on it. He read the article
Sabre had finished reading "So..maybe Quazon and Mystico could breed an egg for me then eh?" Sabre turned off the laptop and then set it back on the desk. He then went downstairs into the living room. Spear was sitting near Amy on the sofa, Quazon was beside him, leaning against him, loking very drowsy. Spear picked up Quazon and rested him on his lap. He stroked him lovingly which made Quazon, flame turn into a love-heart. Quazon nuzzled against Spear's gloved hand. "So anyway--" Spear started but was interrupted.
"Hey you two, Can Mystico and Quazon lay eggs?" Sabre asked
Both lokked at each other.
"Can Quazon and Mystico make me an egg?"
"Nope. Chaos Chao can't breed. Silly" Amy laughed at Sabre's lack of knowledge. "Besides. They are both male. You'd need a female and a male...two males wouldn't work" Spear joined in laughing.
Sabre felt awful after that.

"Hey how was i meant to know there gender." he said slightly annoyed. "Also i had no idea he was a chaos chao." He looked at Spear and smirked then dashed off. He had also read that there was a shop to buy supplies for chao and instructions and how to raise them to be certain types. He entered the shop then realised he had no rings and was about to leave when someone tapped him on the shoulder. He turned to see a blue hedgehog wearing jeans and a leather jacket.
"You wanting to buy a chao?" he asked. Sabre nodded. "Well i'm guessing you don't have rings and that's why your leaving. Am i right?" Sabre nodded again. "Well it so happens I have a chao egg here. It was bred from mine and a young rabbit named Cream's chao. It should be a metallic grey chao. I don't have time to raise another chao so i''ll give it to you if you promise to raise it right." Sabre nodded vigorously. The hedgehog pulled th egg out of his bag and handed it to him and then asked what type of chao he wanted.
"Metallic hedgehog." he replied. The hedgehog though for a moment then looked into his bag and pulled out a manual on how to raise hedgehog chao and several green vials.
"Feed these to your chao as well as fruit which you can get anywhere and it should become a hedgehog chao when it evolves." he said. "Could you call it Crest? Just for me?" he added. Sabre nodded and took the items gratefully.
"Thank you. I promise to raise it right. If you wish to see it then come to Crystal Amy's mansion." he said before dashing off back to the mansion. He leapt over the gate merely glared at the robot dog to make it run off then headed to where he had seen Amy and Spear last. The living room. They were in the same poses as earlier. He held out the egg.
"Now i can raise my own chao." he said happily. "And i'm going to call it Crest."

Thanks fm5. It started when i was talking to CS on msn and i thought of the idea of robot. spear and she was like yeah cool we could put it in an rpg and i went why not do a collba story so i can get use to using him And she's like yeah awesome. Then we began to plan. We need a name for it though

"Crest? why?" Amy asked looking at the egg.
"How did you buy that egg? for free?" Spear asked
"A guy gave it to me after he realised I had no money" Sabre explained. He set it down on the table and Mystico went over to poke it. Amy brought Mystico back before he could do anything.

Hmm... No, Legend of the Forbidden Coin is not a very dramatic name. Coins are small and not very important, unlike this story. Also, it sounds kinda... Mario-esque. How about Soul of Metal? Just an idea, 'cos this story is about Sabre. Anyhow, great to see Crest again! Even if it's just a cameo appearance... Heh, things are gonna get awesome. |
