Okay then, I'm sorry about this, but it's unfortunately necessary. You see, the storylines of this story collide so much, with the confusing battle of race against race, that it'd make no sense if I had the whole story in one folder.
Again, I'm sorry.

'For many years, Hyrule was in state of tense peace. Two sons have been born to the King of Hyrule. Far away, a baby boy was born to the Gerudo tribe, a race of female thieves, based in the desert. By ancient law, this boy must become the Gerudo king. However, as he grew, he became dark, full of corruption and malice. The young Gerudo leader, Nabooru, has seen the wickedness of the boy, as he steadily matures. Knowing the darkness that seemingly radiates from him, she has taken it upon herself to prevent him from becoming the tribe's leader, lest he misuse his power for dark goals... But little does she know, as she raises her only daughter, blessed to her in the Spirit temple, tensions are rising across the land, and dark times approach...'

Chapter 1: The shadow of Hyrule castle
Deep in the desert, the leader of the Gerudo tribe, Nabooru, smiled warmly. “Okay Natharu, don’t get lost!” “I won’t mama…” “And don’t get stuck in another leever pit!” “I won’t mama…” “And don’t fall off the bridge and get washed into Lake Hylia again!” “I won’t mama…” “And don’t forget that I love you!” “I won’t mama…” “Good. Don’t be late back!” Nabooru watched as her 7-year-old daughter walked toward Hyrule field. She was taking a risk letting her daughter go to Hyrule Castle Town alone, but it was almost her 8th birthday, and was now the time in her daughter’s life to go to a settlement in Gerudo tradition, and steal 50 rupees, or gain 50 rupees by stealing and then selling. It was an important thing for a race of thieves.
The small child stared in awe as she entered the gates of Hyrule Castle Town. There was a busy market, people with more money than sense, and even a huge temple. This place was incredible… and a thief’s dream… Natharu licked her lips, this was her first time stealing…
She later groaned in annoyance. These people were far more aware of their rupees than she had expected. She had only collected 5 rupees, and she had only gotten them by rummaging around in hedges. She needed a big target, someone who had so many rupees, they wouldn’t notice fifty missing. At least, not until she had made a getaway. But where was there a rich person. She looked around, then realised how obvious it was. Of course! Hyrule Castle! She ran as fast as she could for the gates to the castle.
“Sorry kid.” The guard said, as he threw her unceremoniously back to the gateway. This was even harder! Natharu sighed. Maybe she just wasn’t cut out for stealing… She trudged back, and then noticed something on the wall. Creepers, strong ones by the seem of it. She smirked, and with effort, began to climb.
Squeezing through the narrow window wasn’t easy, even for her. But she managed it. She fell with a thump on the other side. Panting, she thought over what she had achieved. She had gotten through the outer gardens. She had swum through the moat. She had climbed through a hole that let a stream of water into the moat. She had evaded the guards, and reached the royal garden. And just now, she had crawled through that window. So far, so good. Now came the REALLY tricky part.
Sneaking through, hiding behind the decorative suits of armour, Natharu dodged around the guards with surprisingly ease and agility. Sometimes it was only because of luck that they didn’t notice her. Finally, she reached an important-looking room, heavily guarded by 10 well-trained men. This would take intelligence… She noticed a loose suit of armour. Fortunately, she had her bow with her, for protection against monsters. Silently, she released an arrow. A direct hit. It hit into the leg of the armour, knocking it down with a heavy crash. Stupidly, all of the guards ran to see the commotion, leaving the door unguarded. Natharu licked her lips again, then silently yet quickly, crept through the door. She gasped in marvel. There they were, thousands, millions of rupees, too much even for the Gerudo hoard to contain. For a couple of seconds she was tempted, but her mother’s voice floated back to her. “A true Gerudo, who has honour, will only steal what is necessary…” She sighed, looked for, and found a purple rupee, (The value of 50 rupees) put it into a small sack, and quietly left the room. “LOOK!! THIEF!!!” A loud voice made her jump. She spun around, to see the guards rushing towards her. “Uh oh, this is bad…” She turned, and began to run and fast as her legs could carry her. “COME BACK HERE!!!” “Nothing doing.” She muttered as she fled. “Nothing doing.” She kept running. She spotted the window up ahead. She had made it! A smile broke over her young face. The guards would never squeeze through such a gap. Almost there… Almost there… Almo- “Waaaargh!!” A heavy hand grabbed her by the scruff of the neck, and lifted her up. “Well, well… appears I’ve caught a rat…” The guards halted their chase almost immediately. The owner of the hand stepped out of the shadows that he had hidden in. Natharu gasped in shock when she saw the one who had caught her. He was tall, had thick muscles, and dark hair. His face… was handsome, but this appeared to be like a mask. Only his eyes revealed what lay within his heart. Those… eyes… She had seen those eyes in monsters, in Ganondorf too, and in him. She stared in terrified horror. The figure smiled, though this wasn’t the smile of a kind heart. More of a dark smirk. “So, I presume that you’re a Gerudo who… stepped out of her place…” He then turned her around, still dangling her in the air unpleasantly. He put his hand into the sack, and pulled out the purple rupee. “Hmm… 50 rupees… You went into the treasure room, and only took 50 rupees…?” She gulped. “W-Well, you see, uh, sir-” “Do not speak to me unless I have given you permission!” She shut her mouth. “I see what’s going on… The Gerudos plan to steal our treasure…” “N-No!” “… They sent a spy…” “I’m n-not-” “A small one to fit easily through the windows…” “But…” “And she took into account what she saw, and took a purple rupee back to show as proof!” “No! No!” “SILENCE!!!” She whimpered a little. This was terrifying. Why oh why hadn’t she thought more carefully about what her mama had said… The figure smirked once again. Evil practically radiated from every one of his features. “Well, feel privileged to know that I came down here, just to deal with a rat like you. Feel… special… For I am Zoldan, future king of Hyrule!” Several thoughts struck her mind. Ganondorf and Zoldan… both future kings of their people… Both of them were dark… Zoldan, calling her rat… What her mama had said… Her eyes narrowed. Zoldan merely laughed. “Well, we can’t have this… rat, returning to her vermin nest and telling them how to enter the treasure room… Hmm… Now what should I do with this… spineless vermin…?” He pretended to ponder the answer, though she had a horribly suspicious feeling… “Well, she’s too risky to let free, too much hassle to look after in the prison, so… Execute her.” Her eyes opened wide in shock. Then, she screamed. And screamed. Her screams echoed through the castle. Her cries echoed over town. Even after the guards had done the job, her cries of fear and despair continued to echo throughout the castle, until they eventually faded away into silence… deathly silence...
“It’s done, your highness…” Zoldan smiled. These guards were some of his favourites, and most trusted. They had their job because they had absolute loyalty to him. And they carried their jobs out swiftly and with expert skill. “Good. That’ll make the Gerudos think twice about sending another. Fortunately, no one knows this happened…” The king rushed down. “Zoldan!! What… happened?” Zoldan bowed his head in fake respect. “I’m not quite sure father. I’ve got the Darknut troop looking into the mystery at this very moment…” He nodded to the guard, who hurried away. The king sighed. “Well, tell whoever that was to keep quiet. He or she will wake the whole town!” As the king left to go back to bed, Zoldan smirked darkly. “Don’t worry, dear old father, she won’t keep anyone awake… ever again…” He chuckled darkly. However, she did keep many awake still. The Hylians of Hyrule Town shivered in their beds, trying to forget those awful, terrible, horrific screams… But as soon as sleep closed in, the screams seemed to echo back in from the back of the mind. And when the news that Natharu’s body had been discovered, brutally stabbed by many instruments of torture, they began to suspect dark intentions, rising in Zoldan. They hoped that their suspicions were incorrect…

Chapter 2: The Star Of Nayru
Nabooru paced the room. “Come on… Come on…” Her friend Geraha sighed. “Calm down Nabooru, take it easy…” “She’s been gone for 2 days!” “It’s all part of her training to become a Gerudo. She’ll never grow if you mother her so much.” “I know, I know…” Nabooru sighed. “It’s just that I’m worried. That girl has fallen into some sort of trouble every time I take I eyes off of her!” “But she needs to learn to look after herself. You won’t always be there to look after her you know…” “Hmm…” Nabooru really couldn’t take this anymore. She was a woman of action, not patience. “I’m going outside for a while.” The Geraha nodded. “Good idea, the air will calm your nerves…”
Nabooru looked out over the ledge. Stretching into the distance of the horizon, was the desert. No Gerudo had ever gone further than the Spirit Temple, but looking out, she knew that there was more out in that desert, waiting to be found… Looking down, she noticed a bit of a commotion. A weary-looking Gerudo had appeared, having raced here from Hyrule Town. “Geraha…?” Her friend replied. “Yes, the messenger has come, bringing back news of Hyrule Town.” “Good, she’ll be able to tell me how Natharu is. Could you bring the news here…?” “Sure Nabooru!” Her friend’s footsteps echoed down the corridors of the Fortress, leaving Nabooru alone with her thoughts. She felt relieved that she’d know her how her little girl was doing. That girl had a habit of getting in trouble, but regardless of that, was always cheerful, even after a life-threatening peril. She noticed something odd as the stars slowly began to light the night sky. One of them was brighter than the rest. It was known as the star of Nayru. There were 3 stars that glowed brighter. Many believed that they foretold and forthcoming event. The star of Farore glowed the green of forests, and brought joy. The star of Din glowed a fierce colour of burning fire, like her eyes were usually. It was said to bring battle. And the final one, the star of Nayru, which glowed a gentle, calm blue, like the very colour a caring mother’s heart may look like. It was said to bring sadness… Nabooru smiled, and chuckled a bit. It was unlikely that these stars really brought any sort of news. All they did was light the sky. She felt someone’s presence approach her from behind. She turned around, smiled. “So then, Geraha, what news-” She stopped in mid-sentence, and the smile dropped off her face. Geraha had tears running from her eyes, and was sobbing hard. “Geraha… What’s the matter?” Geraha gulped as a lump raised in her throat. “I… I’m s-sorry Nabooru… b-b-but the… the messenger… has j-just informed m-me th-that…” She gulped back the lump again, then burst into a fit of uncontrollable sobs. “Geraha… How’s Natharu? Is she okay? Has she gotten into trouble again? Please Geraha, tell me.” Nabooru knew that this wasn’t good news, but she had no idea how bad it truly was. “N-Nabooru… Natharu-u, sh-sh-she’s…” Geraha gave a wail of despair. “She’s dead!” That was all Nabooru heard. Everything else turned into a silent hum. She could feel her heart stop beating for a horrible, terrible second. Everything turned silent. Deathly silent. The stars stopped shining, and they became cheap like clay. The wind was cut short. The clouds faded, and the sky became pure shadow. Though in the desert, rain never came, it was as if all the heavens burst into the ultimate downpour of all downpours. It was as if reality itself became distorted, through the whole shock and trauma. Time and space now no longer were required, and faded into the distance, like a lone eagle, searching for a perch. Nabooru gulped back the fast-coming flood of despair. The fire within her was extinguished, possibly for good. Her eyes were like a hazelnut, floating in a stream of softly whimpering and sobbing water. She gulped again, then ran. She ran through the halls. Through the chambers. Through the Fortress, until she reached her room… The one she had shared with Natharu… She flung open the door, and collapsed on her bed, crying. Her child… Her ray of hope in the lifeless desert… Her daughter… Was gone. Had left her… Nabooru felt alone, more alone than ever in her life. Even the time she wandered alone in the desert seemed less empty. A dark void had welled up within her heart. All her other emotions had been sucked away. But loss and despair clung on, anchored deep within her soul. She wept, in overpowering sadness. Natharu… had gone…

I was hoping to stir some emotions. I found this scene kinda sad. I even played some really heart-wrenchingly sad music in the background as I wrote this piece. Honestly, it was really sad for me. Then again, that's 'cos I'm the author, so I understand what the characters are like...
